At a tasting at a local liquor store. It was quite fruity, but felt light and insufficient for an unfiltered sake.

On the Shinkansen, we open another bottle of Nara Sake, Kisenju✨. The palate is sweet and sour and yogurt-like. It is light and pleasantly schwishy. It is easy to drink even in a tipsy state! It is also gorgeous and strawberry-like, so it feels like strawberry yogurt. And the last one is Yamazaki 12 years old from sake. We ended our trip with a glass of Shinkansen Gokukkatai ice cream 😌. There are still many places I want to visit, so I will visit Kansai again if I have a chance...!

What a wonderful time on a weekday at noon. It has a clean taste, but the aroma of rice is very strong. Although it is said to be mild, it is a sake with a lot of body.

I had to drink this one in a rush so we could check out of our hotel and continue our trip. The sake was sweet and sour with hints of melon. Thank you Kyoto for a wonderful time!
I jumped at the chance to buy this sake because it had a sticker saying that it had won the highest gold medal for sake in a wine glass. It was slightly sweet and fragrant, but also had the feeling of drinking sake, and I thought it would go well with Western food.

It was given to me by someone who went on a trip. ice cracker even more delicious The label on the bottle is curious, but I'll take it as it is for now. The aroma is pleasant, but it is not flowery, and the flavor also gives a crisp impression. The alcohol content is a little strong. The overall flavor is neither good nor bad, but not very distinctive. However, it is quite spicy and strong as it goes down the throat. After two sips, I finally remembered the meaning of the label. I checked the alcohol content again and found it to be 19%. So that's what it is, a sake that is just right on the rocks. It is a sake for the rocks, which seems to be a rare thing to find. It is good on the rocks as well, though I think I am being led to believe that it is. It is good on the rocks. However, as I mentioned at the beginning, there are basically no outstanding characteristics, and the alcohol content has become just right, so it has finally become just an ordinary tasty, well-chilled sake. Well, maybe that's the best.

It has a faint sweet and sour aroma. It goes down the throat easily. What remains in the mouth is sweetness. And a bitter taste. It's an unusual kind of sake that leaves a sweet taste. But it's delicious. Hokkaido sake is delicious.

I've never seen this before! Clean and tasty mouthfeel. It's a great answer. It goes well with seafood as a matter of course. The color is rather yellow, but it's good on its own or with sushi.

Hyogo is the sake of Himeji City. There are still many sake that I do not know. It is deep~~! It is said to be a mellow dry junmai sake. It is said to be super-harsh, but it did not give that impression. It was rather sweet. By coincidence, the mellow and thick pattern continues. It is also fresh. It is, quite frankly, delicious! It is also good with food. And I think it goes well with ice. I feel like I'm waking up on the rocks (laughs).

My eldest daughter and her husband have a new family member, ㊗️3 will be their third grandchild 😁this is a celebratory drink for that occasion! Here's a quick comment! The aroma is slightly fruity. The color is the deepest golden color I've had this year 💕It's so beautiful💕. The mouthfeel is like a dry sake 🍶I think it's a food sake 😅. Today's pairing is Squid Geso, Yakisoba, Tekkomaki, Beef, Roast Beef, Takoyaki, etc. It was an all-rounder that went well with everything 😄👍👍. The family party was great 😃😃.

The third group of the Sake Rice and Yeast Association is Gintome and Yuko's Idea from Iwate Prefecture. Iwate is often named after the pure-heartedness of the Tohoku region or after Kenji Miyazawa, and the rice is Gintome, which is a Gin user. Yuko, the yeast, seems to be named after the developer, Ms. Yuko Yamashita of the Iwate Prefectural Industrial Technology Center. It is a clear, dry sake. Sake from Iwate is interesting in many ways. To be continued.

The rice used is Gohyakumangoku. I bought it at the end of last year at an antenna store in Toyama. I didn't know about this brand. The color is a light amber. The color is pale amber, and the flavor is just as it should be. It's relatively easy to drink because it's crisp and not overpowering, but it didn't seem to suit my partner who likes floral and sweet flavors. It didn't match well with the grilled chicken, but I think it will swell up with time, so I'll leave it for a while. It's quite a unique sake, and I don't dislike it!

I have had Taitozan before, but I don't remember much about it, so I bought it for the first time in a while. It has a slightly astringent white wine-like aftertaste with almost no sweetness. I think it is best to drink it with fish dishes, which is a standard white wine. Since it is winter from now on, yellowtail and radish would be delicious. I, of course, drink it only with sake.
