Drinking continues at Don Chaya 🕺. We emptied the weird "Haneya", followed by another round 🍶. We chose our first brand that we could see in the cellar✨ First "Kame no Ou Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate" 🎉. Not much in the way of aroma, but a clean sweetness on the palate, with a pleasantly sharp and sweet [Kame-no-o] lingering finish! I found out later that they revived Kame-no-o and used this episode as a model for Natsuko's Sake, so in a sense, they are the pioneer of Kame-no-o 😁.

Tasted chilled. Mushrooms and umami on the nose. Flavor is smooth and mild. Umami continues with mild melon. Texture is very soft and finish is clean. A very nice drink.

It is high in cosmetics. Light and refreshing, but also soft and sweet, it is a swishy drink.

Chiba's local sake 🍶 I had bought it in early spring touring 🏍️... forgot about it... I was thinking of a traditional mellow dry taste... .... I forgot about it...I thought it was a hybrid of old-fashioned and modern...not much aroma...the mouthfeel has the old-fashioned mellow, mellow, umami taste.... The same mild aroma as the first sip, soft rice flavor and moderate sweetness spreads with a little acidity, and finishes quickly with a hint of bitterness and a little alcohol spiciness. Overall, it is refreshing and easy to drink. It is good for accompanying a meal, but it may be too smooth as a stand-alone sake. The taste may have changed since the one I bought from a brewery in Ehime this time last year came out of the fridge. It went well with spicy grilled minos and Umaibo shrimp mayonnaise flavor.

Kinmyo Junmai Sake 60% 15-16% 720ml Kinmyo by Negami Shuzo is my new favorite sake. The acidity is up from last year. The characteristic custardiness is almost gone, and a green apple-like fruitiness has been added instead. It also has a spiciness to it. It is a different taste from last year. The 5th Shinmae Festival, the 5th Kanno Thanksgiving Mie Shinshu Matsuri (15) Mie Nishiki, which we have not seen very often. A bowl of oden at an oden shop in Shizuoka Station. I had no idea about this brand. The best part of traveling is being able to drink this kind of local sake with local food 😆. A little sweet and full, with a clean dry finish. It is not flashy, but there is no alcohol feeling that lingers in the throat and it is very smooth to drink 😄. It goes great with Shizuoka oden, which is a thick, dark broth with fishmeal, and if we weren't on a family trip, we would be drinking it endlessly 😅.... Also, I had a local B gourmet dish called "Motsuru Curry" for the first time, which was also very tasty👍👍!
