Nose is light and clean. Flavor is light as well and balanced. Passionfruit, straw, hay, and stone. Lots of alcohol and spice at the end before a smooth long slightly peppery finish. Very enjoyable.
Tasted chilled. Big flavor right up front of rose, chrysanthemum, celery, and melon. Texture is thick. Finish is on the shorter side. A sake for food I think.
Tasted chilled. Mushrooms and umami on the nose. Flavor is smooth and mild. Umami continues with mild melon. Texture is very soft and finish is clean. A very nice drink.
Tasted chilled. Nose is forward to match a big forward flavor of cantaloupe rind, lychee, and cashew. Flavor lingers and gets alcohol and somewhat spicy on the finish which is long. Very dry and somewhat bitter on the finish. Would be interesting with food.
"Extra dry"
Tasted chilled. Very little nose, but may be just cold. Flavor is full and sinks in a bit after first taste. Pear, sour cherry, and quince. Texture is light. Finish is long with the flavor and little alcohol. A fine budget drink for fruit forward days.
Nose is pretty full of floral. Flavor is balanced with some nuttiness, cucumber, stone fruit, and a soft finish with a little bit of bitterness.
A real nice drink.
I believe this was said to be aged in cedar barrels. Tasted chilled.
The color is richer than usual. Not much of a nose. Flavor is forward and woody, very big cedar flavor, with slight melon and cherry behind. Mouthfeel is soft and finish is also soft with continued flavor. I'd like to taste again after it's open for a while but it's a pretty nice drink on first sip.
Sake with gold flakes.
Flakes are visible in the sake. Nose is full and fruity. Flavor is quite mild but has melon, melon rind, and a soft apple quality. Mouthfeel is thin. A quick finish. All in all an uneventful drink and one more for show.
Nose is quiet, but it is quite chilled. Flavor is bold and up front. Cotton candy, red vines, and a bit of spice but not much on the finish. The finish is long and maintains the sweetness. Not my preferred flavor profile but I'll have it with food.

Drank chilled. Big nose of melon and cherry skin. Flavor is forward and smooth, light cantaloupe with cherry on the finish. Not so sweet, more of a melon rind. Mouthfeel is round and silky and the finish is long and alcoholic.
Overall a nice drink.
Light cherry flavor on the front. Very smooth and soft. Finish is quiet but long. It was very inexpensive and large format so it'd make an excellent value/table drink for almost any meal or occasion. That said it's not incredibly interesting.
"Maneki Wanko" "lucky dog"
I can't find the brand but it comes in a lil box!
Flavor is strong, tart, and melon driven. It is mostly dry, very smooth and thin.
Tasted very slightly chilled. Nose is full with lots of alcohol, some notes of butterscotch and banana. Flavor is full at first but rather mellow, tart melon and berry. Texture is smooth and thin. Finish is long and carries the aforementioned flavors through.
A more affordable table drink that would pair well with most things.
Extra Dry "Katana"
It is indeed extra dry. Texture is sharp and clean, flavor is thin at first but comes on strong with plum and alcohol cherry. Finish is long but quiet.
"Chika Sake Cup"
Tasted chilled. Nose is fairly full with rose and cotton candy. Flavor is full and up front, plum and butter. Lingers for a while. Texture is clean but somewhat thick, especially in the finish. Earthy at the end. A good value drink and one that would pair well with food.
"Super dry" "rich style"
Tasted slightly chilled. Nose is very light. Flavor is forward and tart. Sharp notes of cherry and plum. Texture is very dry, almost astringent, and very clean. Leaves a crisp dryness on the mouth.
Ideally not a drink I'd enjoy by itself but definitely one for food.
Nose is full of melon and cotton candy. Flavor is full up front with a distinct and smooth cherry cough drop quality. Texture is excellent. very thick and round and thins nicely. Finish is pleasant and full bodied.
Tasted slightly chilled. This was a new offering at the local store. Nose is sweet with heavy bubblegum and cotton candy. Flavor is heavy on plum and cherry cough drop. Finish chemical with alcohol lingering. An odd drink but not too sweet on the palate.
