Banana, green apple, slightly liquor-like fresh smell. Banana-like freshness, with a banana-like feeling extending into the palate. Sourness is robust and tasty, with a hint of bitterness. Delicious. Good sharpness. Sake even in summer!

The brewery is famous for "Sharaku". I drank it with "Sharaku" in mind. This one has a sharper, sharper edge. The melon aroma is elegant and subtle. It is more suitable as a food sake.

(I'm so happy to be a part of the Polish community. 🍶🍶🍶🍶 I had a bottle of Miyazumi's Fukunoka 😀. Right after opening the bottle, it has a fruity aroma. It's a gorgeous sake with an intense muscat taste and aroma when you drink it. It was delicious😙!

The last Tobi Tsubame was not one of my favorites, so I took my revenge on Tobirazumi. It is surprisingly refreshing and not too sweet for a sake with a sake strength of -9.0. It is labeled as a "during dinner" sake, but I think it is more of an after-dinner sake. Either way, this was delicious 🙏.

I️ swallowed silver last time, so I️ am going to do gold this time. Silver to gold is rather natural. Silver was more dry than gold, so I don't know how it will be this time 🤣. I️ will open the bottle now. The aroma is apple-like 👍 The taste is also apple-like but with sweetness and umami of rice and less yamahai feeling 🤗It's very easy to drink. It's not more dry than dry, but it's hard to drink on its own 💦. At least it goes well with pizza and bulgogi. Personally, gold is delicious 😋.

It has a sharpness that is typical of Gohyakumangoku....it can be enjoyed on its own....but today I'm sipping it with "Mackerel Sashimi"....it goes well with the fat of Mackerel....delicious....

Fruity and sweet aroma like pear...gasiness like only direct pumping can give.... Fresh...a moderate bitterness from the sweet taste typical of the Machida brewery...delicious enough to drink on its own...I'm sipping it with a side dish of assorted fish directly from the port of Yawatahama...it goes well with white fish! Sea bream, black porgy, burdock root, red sea bream, white sea bream, mmmm...sea bream is delicious 😋!

At home. The first Ehime. Ishizuchi is the number one sake in Ehime. The aroma is a little fruity in the sake, and the mouthfeel is smooth and light. You can also feel the sweetness and flavor of the rice. These are just a few of the sakes that I've had in the last few days, sakes that I would never have encountered otherwise, but that I was able to find by filling in the map of Japan with this sakenowa. None of them are the same, and I feel that they have a profound taste. Once again, I'm reminded of how amazing sake is.

(o^-^o)🍶🍶🍶🍶 I opened my first Ehime sake, Ishizuchi 😀. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great. I'm sure you'll agree that it's the best of both worlds. The rest of Shikoku is Tokushima prefecture.

It has the same impression as when I drank it before. The aroma of sweet and sour rice......just like the package of the "Purgatory" color, it has a strong presence. It's a dry and crisp junmai sake with a very high alcohol content of 18 to 19 degrees. It's not for beginners...but I think it's good 😋. I've been drinking it with octopus sashimi on the side.

At home. My first Kamo Nishikishu. Almost no aroma. Slightly carbonated and alcoholic in the mouth. It has acidity and umami, but the bitterness is strong at the end. I'll try to warm it up a little and see if the taste changes after tomorrow.

It is undiluted but low alcohol. 13 degrees alcohol by volume. A moderate tingling of gas. The sweetness of the rice is refreshing and sharp. It goes well with nabe dishes.
