Summer drinking is still in full swing! This time I got to try Manzaku no Hana no Snowman😋. The label is comforting⛄️and the contents are refreshing, sweet and crisp, different from the Umakara Manzaku I drank before😆. I had a hard time deciding between it and the other one at the store, but I'm glad I bought it👍. I gulped it down💦.

(Holy shit! 🍶🍶🍶🍶 I've had the Manzaku no Hana Megurume for a while now, and I've been wondering why it doesn't have any aroma at all 🤔, but when I drank it, I found it to be well balanced with a hint of sweetness and a slight astringency. It's also a good idea to have a gentle sake 钎存米 series 🤤.

Today we got our first Hinomaru Brewing mansaku flowers in a long time 😀. The aroma is mild, but even though it is fire-aged, it has a fresh feeling like a draft sake 😊It has a refreshing acidity 😋 It has a good sharpness, so it is a delicious sake that you will never get tired of drinking 🥰. At home. This is the third sake we were served at the sake tasting party. My first Nanbu Bijin. How can a sake from Iwate be called Nanbu? According to Wikipedia, it's because the location of the brewery was part of the Nanbu domain (Nanbu region) in the Edo period. My impression is that the alcohol is not strong, but the aroma is a bit characteristic. It's not fruity or grainy... I regret my lack of tasting ability and vocabulary. On the palate, the sweetness spreads, and the mouthfeel is smooth and the throat feels clear or light. It is a historical sake and I thought it would be heavier, but it was very easy to drink.

Local sake after a long time. It's the new Harushika sake I drink every year😊. It has a crisp yet subtle sweetness and flavor that is very well balanced 😽. I heard it's already sold out at the brewery. I'm sure you'll be able to find something that you'll like about it.

At a nearby izakaya (Japanese style bar). After toasting with beer, we chose Harushika, Nara's local sake. I expected it to be a very alcoholic sake, but to my surprise, it had a fruity and sweet flavor, and was easy to drink. We were able to relax after a long day of drinking delicious sake with delicious food.

Great amount of bubbles, Christmas snow globe level. Sweet, fruity, clay-like smell. The freshness of the wine gives way to a sense of rice, dry, drinkable, powerful, and as the temperature rises, the sweetness comes through. Might taste better mixed with ori. Second day. I'm getting used to it. This is pretty good. Creamy, dry, a little sweet and not flat in taste. It's full of ooze, sweetness of rice, smoothness, and a satisfying shuffle. I finished another bottle. It's the kind of thing you don't like when you first meet it, but as you go out with it, you'll love it. I love this one!

Our first fall sake is Nara Sake❣️ We will not be having hiyaoroshi sake, but rather a draft sake from over the summer 🙏. It has a matured flavor and fruity taste with a good acidity. This Shinomine is also delicious 😆 and reasonably priced too👍! I hope you all enjoy it too.

The third pink label sake following Takachiyo and Yamamoto Uki Uki is Shinomine Rokumaru (≧∇≦❣️) Since the light nigori version was followed by a clear one, I chose the clear one this time (it has almost the same specs and price as the light nigori version...) This is the first time for me to drink Shinomine made with Akaban Omachi, but it has a slight schwarziness that moderately stimulates the tongue, and the clean sweetness and umami that is typical of Shinomine spreads 🤤. The acidity is pleasant and easy to drink❗️I can't get enough of it🤪. I enjoyed it as a food sake👍
