Good evening, again for our first series, this time from Nara Prefecture, this brewery 💁‍♂️ KURAMOTO Ym64 SAKE-TEN 2022BY✨ This is a historical sake brewery, but they have changed their production in recent years to create a more modern lineup. They were recently featured on "Wakate no Yoake" (Dawn of the Young 🙌). This is the latter of the two lines, STANDARD LINE and BIT LINE. This is a piece of bread I bought on my way back from a trip to Kirifuri Kogen. I thought it was the perfect name for a souvenir, but I was surprised to find it was made by Senkou 😳. I've been storing it at room temperature for a while now because it's been heat-treated. But I thought it would be better to drink it cold, so I put it in the fridge and drank it. The best thing about this product is that it has the gas and acidity that I like, even if it has been heated.
