Haco 2 times 🥲. I am shocked at this endgame. I opened the bottle halfway through. I didn't remember it being this sour. I thought it was, but it was the first time I had this sake. I mistook it for something, but I don't know what it is. It is a summer sake. It's the kind of sake you want to drink after sports or after drinking beer. It was not a sake to drink while playing mahjong.

It is refreshing and delicious🤤. Fruity like pineapple with a tangy aftertaste. Low alcohol content makes it easy to drink 🍶. Just needs a little more punch😅. I mean, the jacket (label) is too cool 😆.

Here is a chart diagram for my own drinking comparison. I am sure some of you will point out that this is not true! I am sure some of you will point this out to me. I would appreciate it if you could tell me. (My impression of the wine) I drank it in a wine glass as recommended. It has a greenish pale yellow color. The aroma of melon is quite strong. When you put it in your mouth, there is a tingling sensation on your tongue. The nose has a fruity aroma, and at the same time, a pleasant sweet and sour flavor spreads down the throat. The sweetness comes back in the aftertaste. I thought it was a fruity and easy-to-drink sake for those who are new to sake. As a food sake, it has a strong ginjo aroma, so it may not be suitable as a food sake. It is more enjoyable to enjoy the sake by itself. I would like to compare its aroma with that of Hana-yoso, which I have not had for a long time. Forgot to raise last week. I received a bite of the much talked about Imuraya. It's so thick. Ripe fruit, mellow flavor like cheese. Like a noble rot wine. It has a clear, yet dense sweetness. Delicious. I want to drink more.

Kyoto Sake Drop Kick ❻ There were two types available 😬. The one with 81% polished rice was surprisingly robust, dark, rich and slightly peculiar with a unique taste 😊.

Purchased at Mekada Sake Shop in Utsunomiya City A store that I stop by on my way home from a recent trip to the Tohoku region. I saw it wrapped in newspaper in the Tochigi Prefecture's local sake corner and bought it, believing the pop-up sign! It goes great with oden or anything with a Japanese broth! It made the sake taste much better. It was the most delicious sake I have ever had in the sake brewery in Tochigi Prefecture.

I went shopping at a nearby Yaoko and while browsing the sake section, I saw the character for "rainfall" and picked up a bottle thinking it was going to rain, but it turned out to be Kirifuri. I picked it up thinking it was going to rain, but it turned out to be "Kirifuri" (misty rain)! Well done Yaoko, now I don't have to be mounted by the people of Tochigi Prefecture (I won't say who they are)! Needless to say, thoughts such as, "Oh, I'm not going to say who it is. Oh, I'm looking forward to your visit to Tsudanuma Seven, although I won't say who it is. Perhaps it is because it is intended for sale at supermarkets, etc., it has a very light flavor, but it also has a sourness that reminds me of Senkou, and it goes down as easily as water. I drank a little too much, but it was a good sake, and it didn't leave any residue the next day either. I wonder if it is still sold?

I thought the olive yeast was typical of Kagawa. Classical sake-like aroma, white grape-like with a little acidity. The nose has a candy store sweetness with grape and floral notes. Sharp acidity. The balance of light sweetness, umami, and acidity is refreshing and pleasant. Delicious! The acidity is quite characteristic and impressive, After drinking Tsuchida, I felt it was too mild, which was a waste of time and money.

Today we have an unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered sake from Nishino Kinryo in Kagawa Prefecture: ❗️ The aroma is slightly sweet. One sip and you feel a numbness of acidity on the tongue, followed by a mouthful of fresh acidity. ❗️ Is this what the endorsement says, as if it were a Muscat? (From the tartness on the tongue and the slight sweetness?!!!) Not sure this is brewed by olive yeast, but interesting ❣️

Kaguraki Masamune Special Honjozo Forte Piano Bespoke Medium Crafted Yume no Aroma April 6, 2024 Kagataya Sake Shop 3245 yen This is the first Gakki Masamune in a long time. ♪ In addition to the sweet aroma of fresh apples, it also has a sour citrus aroma. The mouthfeel is carbonated and acidic first, but the sweetness spreads gradually. The aftertaste is light sweetness. It is so fresh and pleasant to drink that it is hard to believe that it is a hi-iru honjozo low-alcohol beer. You can't help but drink too much of this.
