Rooster Yoemon from Kawamura Sake Brewery in Hanamaki City, Iwate Prefecture. This sake is famous for its sour taste, which is rare in Iwate Prefecture. I drank it for the first time at a store in Hanamaki and was surprised by the sourness. It seemed to be quite a challenge since Iwate is generally known for its sweet and tasty sake. Even so, I heard that the owner stubbornly continued to make sour sake. (^○^) Nowadays, with the Shinsai boom, Yoemon's sour sake is also selling well, especially outside of the prefecture. I was reading "kuribayashi" with all my might 😆. I'm embarrassed 🫣. I see you read it as "Ritsurin" 😊. The aroma is mild, the taste is soft, and the cup never stops 🍶. I think it performs great as a food sake. I noticed it was gone lol.

Kuririn drinking comparison, followed by Kanazawa Nishine The light orange one. This one has a gentle sweetness and moist flavor! It is a sake that will make you feel tender with just one sip. Even Putin should try this one! I was surprised to see such a difference in flavor just because it was grown in the same town, but in a different area. Hmmm! It's so deep! Both are delicious, but I personally prefer Rokugo Higashine. Thank you very much for the food!

Tonight, we continue our series of firsts with this one, named after the female toji known for her work at Tomikunaga. This sake is brewed with Hachitanishiki and Yamadanishiki. The freshness is alive and well, and the melon aroma (typical of Yamada Nishiki) is faintly felt at first, but then the sharp dryness and acidity overflow into the pineapple aroma (So_1F34D) without the sweetness of Hachitan Nishiki and continue until the finish. It's very refreshing and easy to drink 😋.

Today is a holiday. The weather is nice, so we went out for drinking (in the garden). I bought a bottle of Shizen-go Sawayaka at the liquor store! The price of a bottle of Shizen-Go is 2200 yen! I also picked up a 500 yen bottle of tuna off the inside at the supermarket, and we're going to drink it while admiring the dandelions! The taste is fruity, like the Shizenkou we drank the other day, but with a clean and slightly dry taste. It goes well with meals, and I would call it a fainting spell. Considering its cost performance, this may be the best!
