I'm here today for my department's farewell party! We had a beer, 2 mega highballs, and 4 bottles of warm water, and when they were all nicely tinted, we threw in some sake 🍶. I drank it hot, and it had a nice, mild taste of rice with a smooth texture and a nice smooth taste down my throat! I've been wanting to try some nigori sake lately 😆. I saw it in the store yesterday, went to buy it today, and was supposed to open it tomorrow... but I couldn't wait, so I opened it today and drank it 😅! There are many nigorizakes out there, but this one is Junmai! It has a nice crackle and a nice "umami and gentle sweetness" of the rice 😻🎉. Originally I was thinking of the 3x Domu from the same brewery, but I was so taken with the Junmai that I decided to go with this one. I'm not sure if I'd be able to do that, but I'm sure I'd be able to do it.

The official online store of Endo Sake Brewery is formatted like a mail order site for health foods and supplements 🤣. Maybe it tastes better at higher temperatures? Junmai Ginjo🍶Summer only sake 😆. Sweet and thick 😳. It's like coarse 😅. When you take your time to sip it, it softens a bit and has a dry melon aftertaste. Softened by Aizu's specialty, squid and carrots. The final dish is a chilled shoyu sauce, which is unique to summer. But it is rather refreshing. The soup is delicious. Shinshu Kunisake 👀 found at my favorite restaurant. It was my first time to try it and I had no prior knowledge of it, but I was attracted by the recommendation of the store owner and the delicious-looking label, so I took it home with me. It is that time of year again! This year's Mr. Summer Time was a grand presentation event, inviting circus members to the Kanmei Sake Brewery for a mini-concert of sorts. I couldn't go, though. The aroma of this year's product is a little subdued. I like that mewashi aroma, though. The mouthfeel is strong and dark, and the harmony of umami and sweetness is wonderful! It is a departure from the low-alcohol, light summer sake style, and is more like a munchy, dirty summer night. Despite the strong flavor, the sharpness of the sake is very refreshing, so it is easy to drink. Of all the summer liquors, this one is my favorite. Thank you very much for your kindness!
