Gorgeous ginjo aroma. It has a clean, light and beautiful sweetness. Although it is jungin, the taste is so beautiful that you would think it is daiginjo. This is the first time I've bought bamboo island since the new system was put in place. According to the official website of the Japan Famous Sake Association, the rice is Nihonbare and Yamadanishiki. The lees are submerged and when mixed, it is slightly effervescent and petite. Slightly sweet and bitter. I wonder if it is better to drink it while it has gas? Once the gas is gone, the bitterness will make it hard to drink 🤔. I wonder if it would be sweeter to drink the alcohol by itself?

OSAKA-JO SAKE SQUARE 2023 It is a very crisp, dry, deep-flavored Ajiginjo. The aroma is subtle. The mellowness is more apparent in junmai sake. This is also a good sake. Sake brought back from our trip to Niigata Sake recommended by the lady who was selling it. Very gassy 💨 Sake with a strong moromi Dry and crisp 💪. It's a nigori sake, but you can drink it with gusto as a food sake 🎵.

@sakebar Fukuzo This sake is from the same Kobayashi Shuzo Honten as the "Hakata no Mori" I posted a while ago. Mandai must be more famous locally 🤔. It will be pressed on the morning of Risshun 🍶. The aroma on the nose is fruity🍍 and sweet. When you take it into your mouth, it has a deep, mild sweetness and umami that is typical for a draft sake, and it finishes with a slight astringent taste. It was delicious 🍶✨.
