profile iconFukuoka's Favorite Liquor Store Sumiyoshi Sake Brewery Original Attracted by the Taisho-romantic label, we welcomed them. Dark sweet and spicy, yet refreshing. but the aftertaste is rich! The word "No-Naru" means "to disappear" in Hakata dialect. It's one of those bottles that you'll find yourself running out of.

profile iconNow here's a review of the sake I bought as a souvenir (I can't go on yet!) I bought a bottle of Hana no Dew sake🍶 that was not available at Sakebar Fukuzo. I was allowed to taste the sake at the store attached to the brewery (3rd photo) and bought the once-fired special pure sake since it was hand-carried. The initial aroma is sweet like honey. In the mouth, it has a full-bodied sweet flavor with a slightly classical acidity. It goes well with dishes with strong flavors. We drank Hana no Dew Josen when we had seiro-mushi (steamed eel) at Motoyoshiya in Yanagawa (4th photo), and it went well with the sweet and spicy flavor of the eel. It was quite delicious 🍶✨.

profile iconBlack Chosan" from local "Chosamori" company. Junmai Daiginjo with 50% polished Kame-no-o. This is another sake that is smooth with a glossy taste and comes with both wild vegetables and meat dishes. I wondered how I would feel about the next sake, since my first glass was of Kuroryu Ishidaya, but both Sanbana's Mashiko and Chojamori's Black Chosan were good sake, and I was glad that my fears were unfounded.

profile iconI found this sake in Saku, Nagano. It was only 200ml, but I bought it immediately because it had the matured color I like. The taste is as you would expect, but the sweetness is a perfect match. I thought this could definitely go well warmed up, and it is still delicious! The flavor and sweetness seemed to increase dramatically by warming it up. The rich flavor was like licking honey.

profile iconShinshu Jizake Hanpukai! This is Kuro-chan with a belly! Wow! Wawa-wawa! This was a sweet and refreshing, Nagano sake-like impression 😋. Maybe better to drink before or after than during the meal ✨ This was also a new brand to me, but it was delicious 😋. Nagano sake level is high 👍

profile iconThis is the first of three different types of Wakataro. It's a different one from the one I bought in a packet, but it's surely tasty too.

profile iconClear mouthfeel. Fresh and clear enough not to be outstandingly watery. The sweetness is gentle, and the acidity seems to blend in softly. The rice flavor is accompanied by a slight graininess. The sake is much more crisp and clean than it appears on the label. Supple and refreshing. Good. The raw ankimo sashimi was rich, creamy, plump, and tender-sweet. It was delicious. I recommend anyone who sees it to try it. Ueno Uoso

profile iconIt is a robust sake that is unmistakably Japanese. At best, it is rich and full of rice flavor. At worst, it has a unique harshness or boldness to it. For better or worse, it is a sake for sake lovers, and does not have the flamboyance of a ginjo sake. Personally, I think it is perfectly fine, and goes well with sweet and spicy Japanese food. On the other hand, the bad points seem to stand out with light foods.

profile iconSalmon Monogatari in Kansai ③. Chidori Masamune is a sake that is rarely available in Hyogo unless you go to the brewery. The head brewer of the brewery was there. The previous and current brewer are both graduates of Tokyo University of Agriculture, so they also produce red rice sake. The rice is also grown in the company's own terroir. The sake is pressed by the Yaegaki method, not the Yabuta method. We drank Mita Ichi Junmai Namaishu I thought it would be a classic type, but it had a nice aroma and was quite sweet. It was sweeter than the Mita Shibori I drank before and I liked it. Mita Mita Fukuda Junmai Daiginjo It has a classical taste with a strong graininess. It is not like a daiginjo and is not very subtle... There were people waiting behind me, so I couldn't talk much with them, but when I asked them if Hamadaya carried it, they replied, "Yes, Hamadaya does. I said, "Wow! I got a great reaction from him. He said that for some reason, they carry it there 🤣why is that 😅?

profile iconOverall 7 (out of 10) On 5/18, I had some business in the Nakano area of Shinshu, so I stopped by Kakuguchi Sake Brewery and bought a bottle of this sake, and drank it in my hotel room. This is my second bottle today (300ml, but... 😅) 🍶. 😅) 🍶. The spiciness is strong from the beginning to the aftertaste, but it wears off quickly. Light on the palate. The spiciness is strong, but there is also a hint of rice in the background. It is dry, but you can feel some rice in the background. If you like dry sake, you may be able to drink it in a way that brings out more of its potential. I served it chilled. I was impressed by the aroma. -Aroma: Aroma of rice -Aroma: Aroma of rice and pungent taste. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum) -Spiciness: 4 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste -Sweetness: 1 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Bitterness: 1 at the beginning → 1 lingering aftertaste -Astringency: 1 at the beginning → 1 lingering 1 -Rice flavor: 2 at the beginning → 1 lingering aftertaste Mouthfeel I felt】→ 2 Smaller number = light and smooth Bigger number = thicker and richer (5 is the maximum)
