When we compared 3 kinds of drinks at the same restaurant with Houou Mida! (I forgot to take a picture)
It had the most gorgeous aroma of any sake I've ever had 😳I can see why it's so popular: 🙂↕️
The theory is that hana-yoku tastes better if you let it sit for 6 months or more, not right after you buy it.
I've had it for over a year, and it's a blast.
There is no bitterness or astringency at all, and it tastes like a tropical fruit from the moment you put it in your mouth!
The pineapple flavor remains on the tongue until the end, perhaps due to the aging process, and it is very easy to drink, so even though I tried not to drink too much, it was empty within two days.

This is a directly pumped type of the one we drank in spring.
It is very fresh.
It is a little fresh and a little chili!

The mouthfeel is mildly sweet like a mango, but not too bitter, with little acidity and little alcohol. It is not sharp, but it is easy to drink, and I guess it is a sweet type of wine,
Sake that has been laying around 🍶.
It's a raw nigori sake from Hanahayo ✨
Now it's time to open the bottle✨🥂✨
Yes - I can feel the pineapple 🍍!
Fruity and handsome aroma
When you drink it
The fruity sweetness and acidity
It's pineapple after all!
The bitter acidity makes my throat churn.
Freshness is still there 😉👍
2nd day
Pineapple with more acidity 🍍.
And sweeter than the first day...
This is a delicious sweet, tasty, sour, bitter 🤗
(Maybe a little bitter)
