This one is also full of tropical fruitiness🥭. I think it is a little more acidic than the sake Musashi, but the sweetness that rushes in afterwards and the long aftertaste are great 😋It is not easy to buy, but I would like to drink it again if I have the chance.
I've loved Hana-yosu since I drank it in Sendai, 2021.
I often come across it here in Mishina, Mr.
I found it again this day!
We will have it after Shinmasa!
Orikarami from Omachi
We had this twice in the past!
The aroma is pineapple🍍🍍🍍🍍!
It tastes like pineapple too!
A little bit of bitterness on the palate.
The grilled shellfish that I was looking forward to was also served here!
There were only a few customers that day, so we were able to enjoy our drinks and food in a relaxed atmosphere...

Gorgeous. The fragrance that goes through your nose is unique to Hana-yosu. It is also the only aroma. Next comes a thick umami flavor, and then sweetness. There is a little aftertaste.
Tonight was the 3rd anniversary event of Oden Bar in Ebisu and we had 6 kinds of gorgeous sake. First up was a Junmai Daiginjo made with Bizen Omachi from Saitama.
