Miyamanishiki, Yamadanishiki, and Hachitanishiki were already available, but this time Echigo Gohyakumangoku was used.
Usually, Echigo Gohyakumangoku has a strong bitter taste, but this year it was very fresh and full of pineapple😋 flavor.
HANA-YOUKAKU 💐 GINPU 💐 It's one of my memories. The first Hanaohyokasu I ever got was Ginpu. After a year, Ginfu has a gorgeous pineapple 🍍 aroma and sweetness with a bitter finish. It's so good 😋.

I opened a bottle of my favorite sake, Hanahayo!
This is the first time for me to drink a sake made from sake Musashi. It is refreshing, gorgeous, and full-bodied. It has a different atmosphere from Hachitan-nishiki, which is nice.
