Today, we had a party with my family... and I opened a bottle of Hanahayo... and poured only the top clear liquid into the glass... it is a light amber color, pineapple aroma... and the taste is sweet and delicious... I was able to drink it again this year! Nigori (nigori) sake from Hanahayo, a famous sake that Saitama Prefecture is proud of. This year's version is a bit more effervescent and has a strong rice flavor. It is easy to drink and delicious!

This is the first Hana-Hiyo-Yu for this season. The first Hanahyokyu I drank was also Miyamanishiki, which I was allowed to drink a little, so I wanted to confirm whether that impression was a fluke or not, so I managed to get the same 🍶. Let's start with the aroma, Oh, I think Pinappo 🍍 Miyamanishiki Hana-yosu is the most Pinappo. Anyway, it smells good❗️Smell❗️ Now a sip 🍶. Delicious 🤤As always, Miyamanishiki is delicious... The taste is more pineapple-like sweetness first, and the umami might be stronger than last year? A little bitterness follows, but I don't mind it. I would like to get a few more bottles as the hana-yori season is still going on!

I thought Sake Musashi was the best, but Yamadanishiki was on the same level. This is the best of the best. There was an illusion of sweetness and deliciousness that attacked me.

Yakitori Izakaya Kintoki. A famous restaurant in Nagoya. I drank Hanaabi for the first time. The price was 1,400 yen for a single brew. Polishing ratio of 48% (halfway through the bottle, lol). Ugh, it's so good! It's called "pineapple sake" for a reason! This is so good! I've heard rumors about Hana-yosu... It's delicious, tasty, and easy to drink. The aftertaste is not as refreshing as Shinmasa or Jyushiyo, but there is nothing to compare it to... in the first place. It's hard to buy in the first place, so it's understandable why it's so hard to find. I will add it to my favorite list.

Overall 10 (out of 10) For the 250 check-in milestone, I chose the Hana-yoso ❣️😃, a sake from my hometown of Saitama, but which I couldn't drink for a long time. It's delicious ❣️😋 It's sweet, it's umami, it's spicy and astringent. Each works together to create a total delicious 😋. This sense of coordination, I have the impression that it is similar to Jikin, where all the flavors are completed in chord! It is a little bit like a sweet and delicious version of Jikin 👍😋. I served it chilled. The aroma I felt was 　-Aroma: Aroma of rice and a little bit of rummy aroma👍 　-Aroma: Aroma of rice and a little bitterness. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum) 　-Spiciness: 2 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste 　-Sweetness: 2 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste 　-Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste 　-Bitterness: 1 at the beginning → 1 lingering 1 　-Astringency: Start 2→ Lingering 1 　-Rice flavor: 3 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste Mouthfeel I felt】→3 Smaller number = light and smooth Large number = thick and rich (5 is the maximum)

First hanayori 🎉 yummy😋I made a lot of things today imagining the taste: ❤️ sakekasu cheese and ham with nori, grilled mackerel with yuan, grilled chicken with yuzu and pepper! I'm starting to get a little bit of a creepy feeling around here, then onion soup wonton nabe, and finally noodles to finish it off 🙌!

March production and at a liquor store? Orikara (a kind of orikara) that has been produced over one summer. It is a cross between Yamadanishiki and Omachi. It has a strong sweet aroma, with a firm sweetness and umami flavor that does not linger. It is a delicious sake that represents the good image of "Hanahayo" as it is. Excellent.
