It's been a while since I had a meal at a convenience store and a drink bought at a convenience store. It has a strong alcoholic taste, but it is delicious with the strong flavored snacks from the convenience store!
Purchased at a supermarket.
You may often find it in supermarkets in Osaka.
Rarity is high outside of the prefecture.
At room temperature.
The aroma is heavy and heavy, typical of Japanese sake.
It is rich and mellow, but also slightly sweet and slightly dry without being sharp. The aftertaste is normal.
Drinking it with ice softens the heaviness and makes it easier to drink.
It is good with strong-flavored food.
Suitable for advanced drinkers of sake.
We visited a sake brewery to get it. There was a picture of Hidetoshi Nakata when he visited the store. He seemed to like the taste and took a tour of the brewery. I got a small cedar ball as a souvenir. Next time I visit, I would like to have a meal at Tenku across the street from the brewery. The taste of Amano Sake was sweet with a sweet rice flavor, but the aftertaste was dry and refreshing. The alcohol content was 17%, making it feel like a traditional sake.
It tastes like basic sake.
It would be nice if the label could be removed neatly like this, so that it can be kept as a souvenir of the drink, and it would also help to recycle the bottles.
🌾Gohyakumangoku 🅰️16.4° 🍶+2
Sake made in Kawachinagano city. It is widely available in Kawachi area. It is called "Akirika in the north and Saijo in the south". ⭐️⭐️⭐️
For my second drink, I decided on "Amano-shu"!
I didn't know what "醴" meant until I looked it up, but it means "sweet sake" 🧐.
It has a sweet, caramel-like aroma with a thick, rich flavor.
It has a smooth and round mouthfeel, like tasting the caramel at the end of a pudding.
A combination of sweetness and astringency. It is a delicious taste that makes you want to enjoy it on its own!
Amano Sake Ginjo-Genjo-Harashu
All you can drink! Sake from Osaka.
The side dish was steamed onion with butter. It has a strong alcohol smell and is a traditional sake. It's not for me, so I'll just drink it and go on to the next one!
<Rich, intensely sweet, matured, restored sake.
The color is a very dark brown. The aroma is caramel sweet and bitter!
This is a very matured sake. But it is not old.
When you put it in your mouth, you will be surprised by the rich sweet and sour taste! Then the sweetness goes even further! The aftertaste also leaves plenty of sugar on the tongue.
Ahhhh... !!!!!
This baby has a sake level of minus 110!
The bitterness, alcoholiness, and umami should really be higher than the chart indicates. But all of them are drowned out by the sweetness.
It was so sweet that I gave up drinking it as it was about halfway through. I had it mixed with soda.
If I compare it to Ghibli, well, I can't do it. It was the same with the red sake, but it was too sweet to use as an analogy. It was even sweeter than the last scene of "Ears to the Sky".
Degree of liking: ★★★★
If you ask me if I like it or not, I'd say not so much, but this sweetness is worth experiencing.
*I will post the full version on my blog, supplemented with character images, etc. If you like, please search for "korune sake" or visit us from the link in the profile section.
Our long but short trip of 5 days and 4 nights came to an end. At the end of the trip, we visited Chinatown in Kobe and Osaka Castle for the first time in a while!
So we headed home with a glass of Osaka's "Amano Shu" to end the trip.
When I opened the bottle, it had a robust aroma with a hint of spice.
The palate is rich with a tangy spiciness.
The body is thick enough to compete with curry nuts. In fact, it is so spicy and spicy that it even seems to be a fusion, making it an excellent match!
In a way, it functions as curry rice, so that even after drinking it, you feel as if your stomach is filled 🍛.
It also has a prickly spiciness that goes down your throat, which is very satisfying as a lover of mapo!
Tomorrow, I will be back to reality. I'll do my best to make this kind of trip again👍.
Hello, stst. Thanks for your long trip from Shikoku to Kyushu to Kansai. I personally don't know any sake, enjoy your trip and local sake, it's a wonderful trip 😊Curry nuts looks delicious 😆.
Hi stst, good evening💫.

Good evening, Hirupeko!
Thank you very much. It was the longest trip ever, but I was able to fully enjoy the encounter with unknown drinks and scenery ✨.
Thanks to Sake-no-wa and the information from the locals, we were able to do this!
Good evening, good evening, good evening, good evening!
I was on my way home and visited you in the bullet on the way home! It was fun, even if it was only for a while👍.
To be honest, there are still a lot of places I haven't seen in Osaka and a lot of sake I'd like to drink, so I'm looking forward to your introduction ✨.
For drinking at home again
Minami-Kawachi Sake
It is said that the sake from Kawachinagano, Osaka, and the monk's monk's sake from Kongoji Temple on Mt. Amano, which was also sipped by Taikoh Hideyoshi, is the root of ginjoshu. It is said to be
