㊗️Completed the second lap of my sake tour 🎉🎊 The last sake of the second lap was from my hometown Kawachinagano in Osaka 😀. I had only had Kurehaaru sake so far, so I was ready to drink Akirika this time, but I happened to have a chance to visit the Amano sake brewery and decided on this sake as the last one😇. We planned to walk along the mountain road from the next Kawachinagano station to visit 2 temples and then head to Amano Sake brewery near Kawachinagano station, but to our surprise the road to Kawachinagano after visiting the 2 temples was closed😅. But to my surprise, the road to Kawachinagano after visiting 2 temples was closed😅. In hindsight, I should have taken the train one stop after returning to the original station 🤣. The first amazake cider I had at the Amano Sake brewery I arrived at after all this hard work was the most delicious 😇. I asked the brewery if they had any rare sake, and they introduced me to this one 😀. It was one of the limited 150 bottles sold at the brewery 😀. The aroma and the first impression I had when I drank it, I felt a strong alcohol taste, but after swallowing it, I suddenly felt a sweet taste, which is something I have never felt before, but it was a delicious sake 😀. This is the second round of my sake tour successfully completed 😇. But now I'm graduating from the Japan tour 😀.

Hi @Mizuhashi 😀 Osaka sake can be quite a hurdle for those who are not from Osaka to make a sake tour trip 🤣. Personally, I would recommend Kurehaaru, but they only have one bottle... I recommend Akirika's multi-acid yeast that I posted yesterday😇
