The extra edition at my favorite yakitori restaurant is Amano sake.
This is the first time I've seen Osaka sake at this restaurant, but the owner served me a little to taste as I don't think it's my favorite, so here's the extra edition.
I don't often drink Osaka sake, but this kind of encounter made me realize once again how many different kinds of sake there are.
First, the aroma. The aroma is very much like sake, which I have had in the past.
When I put it in my mouth, I could feel the sake flavor, but it was not harsh, and it was a very robust sake.
Is it my favorite sake? It may not be my favorite sake, but I found it to be a very tasty sake.

Hi, ma-ki- 😀
I'm glad to see someone else drinking the same sake from the same brewery on the same day 😇.
The one I drank was light nigori, but I generally had the same impression 🤣.
Maybe it's a characteristic of Amano sake 😀.

Thanks for your comment, Yasbay.
Yes, it is true! I was also excited that you were drinking the Amano sake that I happened to receive 🎵, lol.
I will continue to enjoy the characteristics of the brewery!
