In Darjeeling, I felt it was similar to the spring 2021 harvest of the Namlin Upper Tea Estate. The deep sweetness was followed by a delicious sweetness, and although it may be a bad guess, I got the impression that it would go well with fruits. I would like to try it with Hassaku next time.
