Slightly fruity smell. Softly sweet and light in the mouth. The mouthfeel is reminiscent of rice, with an extended acidity, a slight sweetness, and a bitter taste that fades away. It is delicious. The impression is gentle. The third day. It tastes better when it has been open for a while. After the light fruitiness, the water is a little sour, a little bitter, and clean. Not too much of a bad taste, just a good feeling.

Nagano sake is delicious 🍶, and my favorite Shinshu Kamerei and Hitogokochi are my favorites. .... Fruity aroma, sweetness of rice, good bitterness in the aftertaste, and a nice sharpness! Nothing to say about it, roast pork and local edamame (edamame is in season) to go with it. .... Next time, I'd like to pair it with Shinshu soba noodles...

I love ❤️ Shinshu Kamerei, which was sleeping in the fridge! The mouthfeel is sweet! However, the aftertaste is exquisitely bitter and sharp! This is it! I can't believe that rice can be expressed like this 😋 It's really delicious 😋 Anyway, it's .... There is no bitterness! I wonder if it's buckwheat noodles since it's a Shinshu sake (....) ☀️ Shinshu world of sweetness and acidity 🌎. The mellow ginjo aroma is wonderful. And I tried the challenge of combining it with mentaiko chazuke 😤. But neither the sake nor the chazuke changed the taste 😑. Then I added wasabi and it made the sake sweeter. However, I regretted it because my nose was tingling all over the place 😩. I'll stop using wasabi next time 😭

I've been playing Nigorinpik for a long time and not drinking Sumisake, so I had 5 bottles of this season's 🐢 left on reserve in my house 🤣. We will of course visit Okazaki Sake Brewery on our trip to Ueda on Friday, but it seems that even at the brewery you can't buy it very often, so we will open a bottle before our trip😇. The 🐢 we drank this season was Hitogokochi Junmai, and today it's the same Hitogokochi Junmai Ginjo 😀. No need to comment 😀. I think it was 🐢san that started my Nagano sake craze, and the raw junmai ginjo is really good😇. In our family, we don't use the car whenever we do sake activities, we use public transportation and walking so that we can both drink whenever we want to 😀. This trip to Ueda and Nagano is for two days and one night, Friday and Saturday, and to make the most of our time, we met up after work on Thursday and took the night bus, arriving early Friday morning before we started our activities 🤣. I'm looking forward to seeing how much I can get around on foot and by bus or train 😇

This was my first time to see Shinshu Kamerei! I was told that it had been open for a little while, but it was very tasty with a clean taste and just the right amount of sweetness 😊.

Shinshu Kamerei" was offered to me by my favorite liquor store when I paid my bill. Fruity and extremely tasty! It's really delicious and has no peculiarities! I prefer to drink it well chilled. I felt the sweetness was too strong when the temperature was higher.
