It has a nice fresh apple and pear ✨ aroma. The mouthfeel is amazingly smooth...! The flavors are really nicely integrated, full of flavor but with amazing clarity 😳. Pear with a bit of 🍇? It slowly seeps through with a full-bodied flavor, leaving a lingering aroma that fills the mouth. No it's delicious.... The other day, when I drunkenly served it to a friend, it ran out so fast that I came to my senses when I was a quarter of the way through and managed to save only 3 cm from the bottom.... I'm glad I was able to drink it slowly... lol

I am very happy to announce that I have successfully passed the sake taster's exam. Last year, I took the sake diploma exam and passed the first round but failed the second round of tasting and writing 🤣. Since the exam is held once a year, I thought I would forget what I had studied if I didn't do anything, so I decided to try the sake tasting exam first 😀. The first exam for the sake diploma is valid for 5 years, so I'll switch and try again next year 🤣. So, as a reward to myself for a while, I'd like to post a series of Nagano sake that I've been really into lately😇. First up is this Shinshu Kamerei 🐢 😀 It's still delicious 😇. It's still delicious 😇 The 🐢sama does not betray us 😇 The sweetness and umami are well balanced, but it finishes nicely so you won't get tired of drinking it 😀.

I drank it for the first time and it is delicious. I felt I didn't need any other words. No wonder it is so popular... It has a slight gaseous taste, and is gorgeous, fruity, sweet, and delicious, with a nice sharpness. I paired it with walnut soba (buckwheat noodles) that I bought in Nagano. I opened the one that had been in the fridge all day in honor of my birthday 🍰. The aroma is sweet apple? It feels quite dark. When I put it in my mouth, it was still chili fresh and rich, even though it had been quite a while. It is slowly sweetened like sugar and tastes like rice, and it cuts through nicely. The next day, the chili is still there, and it is as rich as ever. The next day, the chile is still there, and it's still as rich as ever, but the richness has taken a turn and seems to be a bit moldering. It is still delicious. It's delicious, but it's probably been too long. I must drink it while it's still good without thinking it's a waste!

For my husband's birthday 🎂, I opened a bottle of silver Kame🐢 from my favorite Shinshu Kamerei. I don't need to tell you, Sweet and delicious without feeling alcohol🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶. It has no acidity complexity while being speckled, it's clean but also has a nice lingering aftertaste of mild Miyamanishiki, enchanting 💕😆😆😆😆💕 It will be gone in no time🥂. I will keep the other bottle for my birthday ⁇ I'm wondering when to open the bottle of gold tortoise 🐢.
