Slightly fruity smell. Softly sweet and light in the mouth. The mouthfeel is reminiscent of rice, with an extended acidity, a slight sweetness, and a bitter taste that fades away. It is delicious. Nagano sake is delicious 🍶, and my favorite Shinshu Kamerei and Hitogokochi are my favorites. .... Fruity aroma, sweetness of rice, good bitterness in the aftertaste, and a nice sharpness! Nothing to say about it, roast pork and local edamame (edamame is in season) to go with it. .... Next time, I'd like to pair it with Shinshu soba noodles...

I love ❤️ Shinshu Kamerei, which was sleeping in the fridge! The mouthfeel is sweet! However, the aftertaste is exquisitely bitter and sharp! This is it! March 14, White Day💙 It has become a tradition at Tsubu House Open a bottle of Mari Label ✨🥂✨. This year it was fire-poured. Dora-chan bought it at the brewery 😆🙌 Slightly fruity aroma 🥂🥂. It's hi-iru, but it's tangy from the moment you put it in your mouth. Sweet, tasty and sour on the palate Yes, it's delicious 💕😋💕 It's just that it's more refreshing and lighter than the other ones I've had. I think it's more refreshing and light 🤔. It's because I drink it every year. I think the impact of sweet and sour is not so strong? I think it's not because it's hiyairi... I don't think it's because it's fire-aged... I think it's because they sold it ahead of schedule 🤔. When the temperature comes back I can feel the bitterness in the aftertaste. Shinshu Kamerei becomes more delicious from the second day. Mari label is very tasty from the moment of opening the bottle, but this year's is a little young. but this year's is a little young... I think... Of course, it is delicious 😘.

Good morning, Tsubu-chan 😀 We had planned to go to Ueda 2 months ago, but we couldn't buy the Mari label because of a week difference😅. We were able to buy Tanada's raw sake the next week though 😀. Dora-chan can go immediately 🙆🙆.

The bottle arrived yesterday, but the announcement was in the afternoon and I couldn't get to the stones. The taste was a little more refreshing than last year's. Shinshu Kamerei, a long-sought-after product, managed to purchase it at his favorite liquor store. It has a gentle sweetness, but it tastes as if it disappears without leaving any aftertaste.
