Today I'm drinking Shinshu Kamerei given to me by a friend ❗️🍶.
This one is delicious!
I can feel a little bit of gas and the sweetness is beautiful.
The aroma is mellow, and the finish is nice, so I can gobble it down again.
I'll be careful not to finish the whole bottle today. I've been drinking too much lately.
I brought my drinking friend back to my house and here is the second bottle. We planted sake rice in the terraced rice paddies of Inakura in early spring and then went to Yaebaru in Tomi city to buy some 😅.
I was so pleased with the elegant and juicy taste that my drinking buddy was very happy 🎵.
Good evening, Mr. Tetsu!
I'm jealous of Shinshu Kamerei because I can't find it these days, perhaps it's too popular.
I have received many notifications from Sake no Wa and I was wondering what was going on! I thought, "What's going on? Thank you for all the likes in the past 😆.
Hi Pitama 😊 sorry for surprising you 😅 I don't get to visit Koyama Shoten often, so I had to go back and look at your sake collection 😅.
You have to go to Ueda to buy Shinshu Kamerei 😅.
It has been a while since I had Shinshu Kamerei.
The sweetness and umami are still delicious.
I drank too much.
It is also cosy.
I like this sake and would like to meet it again.
Sake with a hint of aroma of green apple. The aroma is soft, with a hint of green apple. The aroma is strongly felt in the mouth, and a gaseous sensation comes at the same time. It was fruity and fresh, different from Hitogokochi and Kinmonishiki, which are made with different rice. There was a bitterness in the aftertaste, and a slightly greenish taste, which made me wonder if it was a bit too much. I thought it was a bit bitter and a bit greenish in the aftertaste, but it was more mellow and tasty when the temperature was raised.
The third and fourth bottles for home drinking with sake-loving acquaintances over a three-day weekend were a comparison of Shinshu Kamerei's Kin Kame and Gin Kame.
Shinshu Kamerei Kinmonishiki Junmai Daiginjo 39
This is the first time to drink Kinmonniki Junmai Daiginjo since the previous Daiginjo specs!
Compared to the Miyamanishiki Gin-kame, the Kinmon-nishiki Kin-kame is a well-balanced type of sweet, tasty and acidic, and is very drinkable and enjoyable!
Sake rice: Kinmon-Nishiki (Yamadanishiki O Takananishiki)
Good aroma
Great balance without being too sweet!
The piquancy is not unpleasant either!
Buy it at the brewery 😋.

Shinshu Kamerei Miyamanishiki Junmai Daiginjo 39
A.k.a. Gin Kame is one of my favorite sake!
The Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture is polished to 39%, so it has a clean, elegant sweetness and flavor that goes down a treat!
I want to buy it every time, but it's hard to buy and expensive, so I have to worry about it, but I want to drink it again!
Tonight is the eve of the festival...
Shinshu Kamerei" was the wife's choice 🍶.
Since I am the one who usually chooses the sake, I left it to her to choose the sake for the eve of the festival and on the day of the event.
I will have it without asking the reason for the choice.
This is the first time I've had this sake this year.
I was so surprised at how good it was that I did some research and found out that there are other sake rice varieties available....
It's not often that I get to see them, but I'm glad I did. ❗️👍😍
I can't wait to see what they have in store for us tomorrow 🥰.
Hello, CatpunchS〆Mさん😊This is also my wife's choice...but this sake brewery is one that we got for the first time this year and immediately became a favorite in our house😊This sake is delicious 😍.
