Shinshu Kamerei Green Label 2024BY
I saw on SNS that this brand was sold directly from the brewery, but I gave up on it because the timing wasn't right, but it seems that they made a lot more than I thought. I was looking for this Green Label, so I got this one. ‼️
I was also impressed by the very reasonable price since it is a junmai sake made from multiple sake rice rather than a single sake rice 🥺🥹🥹, but I spent about 10 times as much on transportation so I enjoyed my ataoca trip 😅🥵🤣.
The bouquet of green apple and muscat, which is typical of Shinshu Kamerei, is very fresh. The taste is also very tasty, with Kamerei-like acidity, juicy sweetness, and a bitter, spicy sharpness on the back end 😋😋😋😋.
I can't drink anything else if I am offered this quality in an entry model at this price 😆 This is a bottle that shows the capability and seriousness of the brewer. I am very much impressed.

I opened a bottle of this one to give her something unusual to drink.
It is sweet with a hint of cotton candy and a unique sourness. The lightness of the sake when you finish it off is as one would expect from Kamerei. My childhood friend, who is not familiar with Japanese sake, liked it very much and drank many glasses.
The photo shows Nobutsuna Temple, where we stopped by on the way back from Okazaki Sake Brewery. Nobutsuna Sanada and Masateru Sanada, who were killed in the Battle of Nagashino, are buried there.

Convergence is light and slightly dry. Well balanced.
Yamadanishiki is delicious too.
The sweetness is well balanced and has no habits.
It's not sharp, and that's good.
