It's been a while since I've had a drink, so I stopped off at Ueda on the way back from a trip to Kanto and bought this one.
The ginjo aroma is gorgeous and fresh, reminiscent of apples.
Smooth and clean on the palate, with a slightly voluminous umami and sweetness like biting into a juicy fruit, and finishing crisp and light with sharp acidity and bitterness.
I haven't had it in about a year, but it is still consistently delicious!
I wish there were more distributors near me...
This is the second bottle of Miyamanishiki check-in I purchased when I visited Okazaki Sake Brewery last year. I was so happy to be able to buy some goods that you can't buy in the mail order 😆 I also went to visit the terraced rice fields in Inakura 🚗3 I was hesitant to drink the second bottle because I thought it would be a waste, but I opened it on New Year's Day this year and I made love to it. I'm so jealous of those who live in Nagano 😭I want to go back 🫶.

This is my favorite sake brewery so far 🥰It was the first one I checked in for when I visited Okazaki Shuzo for the first time last year💕They are sometimes out of stock these days, but you still have a good chance of getting it if you go to the brewery, and I managed to get a Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki 💓 until I arrived at the brewery 💓. I remember being surprised at how easy it was to drink, with a fresh, apple-like aroma and a very clean taste that I had never had before. ☺️

It has a fresh and fruity aroma like young melon🍈 with a slight carbonation and a spicy impression with the crispness of sake. The yuzu pepper 🍋 on the grilled meat 🍖 went well with the spicy flavor.

I got this at a restaurant near Okazaki Sake Brewery in Ueda, Nagano Prefecture.
It was beautifully sweet and pleasant to drink.
It had a mellow taste.

Hitokochiki is delicious, but I personally like Yamane Nishiki!
I enjoyed its moderate sweetness and firm body!

What's this label? I wondered if the label was like this. I thought "I don't remember this label" and chose this one.
Shinshu Kamerei Hitogokochi Junmai-shu.
I had an image of a light blue tortoise shell pattern on the label, but the silver color indicates "Junmai-shu" (Junmai-shu).
It has a full aroma, a smooth mouthfeel with a mineral flavor, a sharp finish, and a pleasant aftertaste.
Comparing them like this, there are quite a lot of miscellaneous flavors 🤔.
This is my first Hitokochiki Junmai sake 🥰.
The entrée was Kombu Yaki Mentaiko and Kaisen Tataki (Seafood Tataki) 🍴.

Now that I think about it, I was right to review up in real time, even if only for [Daigo], my drinking activity is going a little too well and I'm holding the stock again😅.
I found and purchased it at a souvenir shop at Zenkoji Temple. After purchasing it, I spoke with the owner of a standing bar in front of Nagano Station that specializes in sake, and he said he was being ripped off. Please be careful everyone.
It wasn't that expensive, though, and it was very tasty, so I was totally satisfied and drank it up immediately.
It is refreshing yet fruity, slightly effervescent, and very easy to drink. I think I understand why it is so popular.
I am not sure if it is the same place (but there is one souvenir store in Nakamise that sells a lot of sake), but I was kind of taken by it. If you are looking for Shinshu Kamerei, you could buy it at Aonuma Shoten near the prefectural office for a fixed price.
