The timing of drinking Shinshu Kamerei is quite difficult, but I have a lot of it in stock, and I had such a bad weekend that I had to drink a nice sake to make myself feel better.
The sound of opening the bottle was pleasantly high, and the aroma arrived softly to my nose.
When I drank it, I found that it was clear and slightly carbonated, which is synonymous with Shinshu Kamerei, and it was delicious 😋.
I drank it in gulps. It's not a juice😅.
I love the bottle 💎.

It is a limited edition sake that can only be purchased at the brewery.
It is juicy and has a light gassy feeling on the tongue. It has a unique flavor and bitterness. A hint of sweetness. A fresh and beautiful sake.
It has a different taste from the usual Shinshu Kamerei and is delicious.

I went to Okazaki Sake Brewery again and purchased Yamae Nishiki-version.
It has a beautiful acidity with banana, melon, muscat, sweet mandarin orange flavors, and a fruity aftertaste that lingers on the palate.
Even on the third day, it still has the same slightly effervescent taste and is really good 😋.

First visit to the brewery on 11/9. This was the only one they were selling at the moment. One bottle per person is the limit. The price was in the 1300 yen range for a four-pack.
It was tasty, with a cleaner mouthfeel and less mellow than the previous one.

The aroma is fresh green apple with a hint of spiciness 🍏😊.
The taste is also very harmonious with chili gas, lively acidity, moderate sweetness of rice, and a bitter and spicy aftertaste.
I really like Hitogokochi sake after all 🥰.

This is also the sake I brought to the Kansai Year-End Party of Sake-no-Wa 😀 I heard that this sake is exported and will no longer be distributed in Japan from next year.

We had narrowed it down to 5 sakes before the event, and there was a good chance that we would end up with the most among the 5, but as expected 💦.
By the way, the following are the ones that I struggled with until the last minute and failed to make the list.
Hakugakusen Aragusugi
A new sake that was on sale 2 days before the meeting.
♦ "On a night like this, Yamame Nama Shu" (raw sake)
Since the day of the off-line meeting was the sagittine moon, I was thinking of doing my own "moon-viewing sake tonight" at the off-line meeting.

[I thought it would be a good idea to make a toast with this sparkling sake, a collaboration of "Sakaizendo Horiichi" and "Oku".
○ "Kuroryu Ei
There was a suggestion to bring a limited bottle of "KURORYU", a representative sake of Fukui, to ESHIKOTO, so it will be a candidate next time.
After this, we went to the second and third parties, but I didn't have any notes left, so I'm going to call it a day 🔚.
By the way, I took the wrong platform for the return train and missed it 🤣.
I went to the Midori-no-madoguchi (Midori-no-madoguchi) and changed the train to the one via Maibara and came back home safely.

Actually, I've made a similar mistake before at [Shin-Osaka Station], so I had a track record of making it in time 😅.

It is Miyamanishiki from Shinshu Kamerei.
This is another sake from last December when the master was freshly ripe 🍶.
The aroma on the nose is fresh and sweet.
The first aroma is fresh and sweet, with a hint of acidity and juicy sweetness on the palate.
The slight bitterness of the Miyamanishiki gives it a nice finish.
It didn't feel that ripe, but it was just plain delicious 🍶✨.
It looks like there will be a new sake at the end of this month or so. I'm looking forward to it 😊.

It has a flavor similar to my favorite Higashi Tsuru Origin. Let's try Shinshu Kamerei too.

Memories of summer. I went to Nagano for a visit and on the way home, I stopped by the brewery to buy some.
Dense but fruity, fragrant and sharp. Well balanced.
Yesterday I went to Ueda, Nagano Prefecture on a business trip. I took the Shinkansen three trains before the meeting time and went to Okazaki Sake Brewery from Ueda Station to have a glass of Green Label.
I returned home and enjoyed it immediately.
It has a melon-like aroma with a fresh gasiness. The first day, the taste was dry and tangy, and the hidden rummy taste appeared.
The second day, the gaseous and rummy taste remains and it is delicious.
This is a real blessing for 1,300 yen 😊.
I'll drop a line to my sister who lives in Karuizawa and is close to Ueda. Do me a favor and have her buy it for me at ...... 😆.
