One made in 2023. I drank it on August 12, 2025, a long time after that. To be honest, I don't remember much from that time because I buy it every year, but I have a feeling that it is getting harder and harder to buy every year.
On the first day, there is a soft smell of pineapple. It smells almost like apple. But on the third day or so, the pineapple aroma becomes more and more intense.
Surprisingly, even after more than two years, it still tastes juicy and tangy on the palate! And not only that, it has a pleasant sweet and savory flavor. Moreover, it has a very soft mouthfeel, so you can't help but drink more and more of it. It is the kind of sake like Jyushiyo, Jikin, or Hanaoyokko. So I think it is a sake that almost anyone can drink and say it is delicious.
This is a particularly wonderful gem, with an elegance that is gorgeous and fresh, yet has a softness.
There is a moderate effervescence when the bottle is opened,
It was well-balanced and had a good juiciness.
It was so good that I wanted to keep it on hand.

The next day, we drove our rental car to Kumamoto 🚙! We stopped in Saga prefecture and went to Yamada Sake Shop! I was impressed with the lineup of Nabe-sama 🥺 There was only one bottle of Shinshu Kamerei in the store and everyone gave it to me! Thank you 🙏 After purchasing a variety of Saga's local sake, we went to "Drive-in Tori" for lunch.
The chicken yaki and the chicken rice are so delicious 😋 I felt sorry for Choroki-san, the driver, but I drank a beer 😅.
First time in Kumamoto, we went to Hana-no-Kou Sake Brewery ‼️ and were very impressed 😆 We saw "Sansho" and the long-awaited "Hana-no-Kou"! The fun-filled trip continues 😉.

The first "Shinshu Kamerei Nama Sake" that I got by lottery in the Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai that I have been participating in since this year!

The aroma of rice with a hint of fruity, the mouthfeel is full and mellow with a hint of gas, the taste is sweet and mellow, and the aftertaste is refreshing and lingering.

Slightly rounded rice aroma, a tangy gassy mouthfeel, mild umami with a hint of acidity, sweetness, and a mild mineral aftertaste, and finally a freshness on the tongue and a bitter taste at the back of the throat.
Ahhh, the ultimate!
The entrée was Ishikawa kingfish sashimi and horse mackerel tataki, which I bought at a local supermarket on my way back from a business trip to Kanazawa.
I was especially surprised at the quality of the kingfish sashimi, which I could not believe it was from a supermarket.
The fourth one [October 1] is my favorite [glasses 👓️] and [coffee mill☕] in honor of [Eyeglasses Day] and [Coffee Day].
It's still a long way off, but my wife and I are planning to order matching pairs of glasses for our 8th wedding anniversary and have a [glasses wedding ceremony].

Shinshu Kamerei, which I went to Okazaki Sake Brewery in Ueda, Nagano and bought.
I was happy to be able to buy it because it is usually hard to buy in stores.
There was also a cartoon of Mari Okazaki, as the eldest daughter of the family, displayed in the store.
I have drunk the Mari label before.
The taste is very beautiful, with a juicy flavor and sweetness.

We had a bottle of Junmai Ginjo Hitogokochi from Shinshu Kamerei.
The aroma and taste of Shinshu Kamerei are mild, so I was not impressed at first, but after drinking two or three bottles, I gradually realized how wonderful it was.
It has a nice mouthfeel and sharpness that goes well with meals. It is fruity, tasteless, delicate, and beautiful.
I like this brand so much that I now go directly to the brewery to buy it.
