To pair with the food, I served the sea bream and soi I received with sashimi and shabu-shabu. It was the first time I processed them myself, so they didn't look great but tasted perfect 😆. It was worth the effort to process the fish, and although it was a weekday, I thoroughly enjoyed the meal! P.S. I'm not sure if I should buy a knife 🤔...
