かわごんFirst time drinking sparkling nigori sake! I thought it would be sweeter, but it was refreshing with just a hint of sweetness. It seems to go well before or during a meal. It is carbonated, so it seems to refresh my mouth, and there is a bit of bitterness as well.

かわごんSake brought from my parents' house When I go back to my parents' house for the New Year's holidays, I usually drink sake from the nearby Tomita Sake Brewery. It has a bubbly and fresh feeling that is typical of nama-shu. It has a good aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, it is full of flavor, richness, and acidity, and you can drink as much as you want. It is delicious and a pleasure to drink every year at this time of the year.

かわごんPurchased at a nearby Ricaman. The original Kabishin is delicious with a freshness that only a fresh sake can have. The sweetness and acidity come through quickly. It has a clean aftertaste. I drank it with snacks for now.
