With a rice polishing ratio of 90% and a sake degree of -11 to -15, it is a spec that is likely to generate a lot of nihonga (aversion to drinking).

Tobiroki is hard to find even in the local area of Aizu, Fukushima. It continues to be well-loved for its attention to raw materials, manufacturing methods, and shipping methods. Compared to Tokubetsu Junmai, Tobiroki gives a thin impression. Melon fruitiness in a clean taste. A very rare sake.
