Kichijoji daytime drinking.
Next to Iseya Sohonten, we went to Pratstand 酛.
We used to go to this restaurant a lot, but it's been a while.
It's supposed to be a pairing special.
First up was sashimi of hidakami and light white meat (flounder).
You can't go wrong with this combination.
Our eighth drink at lunch in Kichijoji.
This is our last drink of the day.
The shopkeeper watched the pace and served it from the back of the fridge to the front of the line.
It's heartbreaking.
Naturally, we ordered.
Honestly...I don't remember any of it!
It's low al and easy to drink! That being said, the world was spinning with the thought that it's low al and easy to drink ahahaha.
That's the end of it.
You don't learn every time.
The seventh lunchtime drink in Kichijoji
Tasted my companion's.
My companion's rave reviews.
The sweetness spreads in your mouth.
The sweetness in your mouth as if you have dropped acrylic paint on water.
It is indeed delicious.
I've drunk some of the sake from Short-stalked Watifune before, but my impression of it was not so good.
I remember thinking Yamada Nishiki was an improved breed.
Today, it's a new breed.
And it's still great for cargo tag drinking.
This is my sixth drink at lunch in Kichijoji.
I had a good impression of this place the other day.
This is a bottle made of edible rice.
It has a beautiful sweet taste without any flavor as is typical of Takachiyo.
It has a crisp aroma.
I drank it alternately with "Wa-ragimizu" but it makes the mouth feel smooth.
Solo solo wobbling.
The fifth lunchtime drink in Kichijoji.
We tasted my companion's.
The first glorious fuji.
It is the sake I always wanted to drink.
The first hiyaoroshi of this year.
I drank it cold and cold, but hmmm.
There's nothing special about it. It has no impact.
Was the expectation of Eiko Fuji raised too much?
I feel like we all think it's a big part of the reason why it's coming out too early and not matching the season.
I'm reserving my evaluation until I buy and drink a proper bottle of another brand.
Fourth lunchtime drink in Kichijoji.
The restaurant seemed to be in Kichijoji's week, so we recommend it.
Snow Beauty was named after the use of the Snow Goddess.
Light sweetness.
Light acidity.
Light sourness.
It's a bit thin, but I didn't have a bad impression of it, so it was probably good.
Third lunchtime drink in Kichijoji.
We tasted my companion's.
It's fucking sour!
Like lemon juice.
Much later, when the sourness disappeared, I could see and hear a different taste, but I don't remember it anymore.
That's sharp.
Our second lunchtime drink at Kichijoji was Banshu Issen.
I asked for a glass of Aizan's sake and he served it to me.
It is sweet and the pull is not so bad.
There isn't much of a bitterness in the back end.
The alcohol content is rather strong though.
This was my first time drinking Banshu Issen, so I wasn't sure if the sweetness was specific to the brand or to Aisan, but it was definitely delicious.
Kichijoji lunchtime drinking.
It's been a long time since we've been to Hijikuzen.
I want to go to GEM by MOTO someday.
We opened a glass of beer and drank our first one, Sanuki Kurraudei, on the rocks.
We were planning to drink it for a long time, so we'll gradually raise the beer.
The sourness comes with a bang and the silky sweetness of the muddy taste wraps it up.
The low alcohol content combined with the drink makes you feel like you are rehydrating your body.
You can understand well the taste of adult Calpis.
They let me compare it to a straight one, but it's definitely better on the rocks.
The acidity that comes at the beginning is more subdued.
I'm going to empty it out and then I'll be next.
