The Hanazono Sake Brewery is dedicated to local rice, water, and people, and their motto is that sake brewing is romantic.
While searching for the next brand after its representative brand, Hanaizumi, the company named this series after the character for "Ichigo," which means "first" in Japanese, and found "Hitoroman" in the name.

That's it for the Aizu Souvenir Post.
I have to go buy some more!
It uses subsoil water from the famous mountain of Nihonmatsu, "Adatara-yama" which is said to be 40 years old.
It's one of the 100 most famous mountains in Japan, and you'll recognize it from the Onibaba of Adatagahara, the setting for Onmyouza's suite Kurozuka.
Nostalgic.
Fruity and sweet, soft and fluffy aroma

★★★★☆ 金猫魔Naraman Junmai Sake
Naraman is here. Due to the capacity of my refrigerator, I had to use a small bottle of Naraman.
I wish I didn't have to worry about the capacity of my fridge when I'm on the road... I want a dedicated sake fridge... I wish Santa would come...
Today, my father and I drank some Fukushima sake.
Now, this one...
Sweet aroma
Mellow, soft, smooth mouthfeel.
The taste is rich and full of rice flavor.

★★☆☆☆ 金猫魔Tenmei Shinmai Shinshu Nakadori Zero-go Unfiltered Nama-shu R3BY
Another Aizu souvenir!
Tenmei's first new sake of the season. The new rice used is Mizuho-gold, an extremely early variety. The spirit is to start from zero.
The aroma is refreshing and gorgeous, with a hint of grapefruit.
Slightly sweet, juicy with a blast of refreshing acidity.
The refreshing bitter taste and crisp mouthfeel
The mellow and mellow flavor spreads with a hint of orizumi.
Clear and fresh...mmmm, delicious!
It seems that only the local Tenmei brewery uses Mizuho Koganei as their sake rice.

★★★★★ 金猫魔AizuMiyazumi Junmai-Shu (unpasteurized)
For the first time in two years, I went to Aizu, where my wife's parents live.
We enjoyed Tsurugajo Castle as a continuation of the children's school trip. I've been there many times, but I never get tired of it. I can spend half a day there without hesitation.
The end of the autumn leaves was also great because it was too sunny. It was unexpectedly empty.
Of course, one of the purposes of the trip was to buy some sake as a souvenir, and this was my first trip to the prefecture since I started buying sake.
We started with Miyaizumi, a sake I have a bit of a connection with.
It has a gorgeous, banana-like aroma.
It's clear and crisp, with a slight bitterness.
A little bitterness is refreshing.
The gentle acidity makes it easy to drink, juicy, and
It has a crisp aftertaste that disappears quickly.
It is delicious. I can drink as much as I want!
And the sake cup is Aizu Keizan-yaki, a traditional craft of Fukushima. Aizu Keizan-yaki is a traditional craft of Fukushima. It started in 1592 as a pottery for making roof tiles for Tsuruga Castle.
Aizu Keizan-yaki is light, thin, easy to use, comfortable in the hand, calm color, and reasonable price. And the hole in the bottom is a dare. You can't put it down until you finish drinking sake by holding the hole with your finger.
This was interesting, but not practical.

★★★★☆ nari happyYamada Nishiki 507
Polishing ratio 50%, No.7 yeast
The gasiness is unbelievable!
From the sound of opening the bottle
Exciting feeling!
The taste is fresh and very clean!
It's very easy to drink, even with the tingling.
nari happyThe first organic naturals
Rice polishing ratio 90%... unknown sake
You can feel the richness of the rice flavor that I have never had before.
There is also a slight tingling of gas.
The high rice polishing rate doesn't mean there's any unpleasant taste.
It's easy to drink.
nari happyRefreshing taste like Muscat.
Accentuated by a tingling gaseous feeling like undiluted sake.
And it is the best in terms of cost.
The more you cut the rice, the better it tastes.
The more you cut down the rice, the better it tastes.
This is a stable bottle that you should always have in your refrigerator.
nari happyIt's the first time I've had a kijoshu, and it has an amazing mellow aroma.
But it's too sweet for me personally...
A glass is enough to satisfy me, so I think it's better to drink it at a shop.
nari happyYou can feel the fruity taste typical of a sake and the refreshing flavor of Omachi. It is more umafruity than refreshing fruity.
