Ishidaya is aged about 2 years.
More fruity than Nizaemon. It goes in easily like water.
I thought at first that Nizaemon was more to my liking. But as the temperature rises, I think I prefer Ishitaya.
Ishidaya's taste was more stable and tasty all the time.
No wonder it is placed in high-end sushi restaurants and Japanese restaurants.
After that, we went to Sukumasa in the pouring rain, as Nemuchi-san was looking for something.
