Purchased at a sake shop.
This is the last sake for 2022 as I plan to spend this year in Shizuoka with my grandmother.
At room temperature.
Light aroma.
It is not that dry, but it is dry and light. The aftertaste is sharp.
It seems to have been made to go well with sushi, so it goes very well with fish dishes.
Next time, I would like to try it cold.
