When I saw this sake, I remembered seeing a comment that you can never go wrong with Kaiun, so I bought it. Yes, it is delicious. It is sake at the end from the gentle feeling! It was delicious, including the assertion that it is sake! It seemed to disappear easily at the end when served with food. I had it with salad today, but I would love to have it with sashimi!

I like it very much. The chart on the label seems to indicate that it is more delicate and dry. I thought I liked sweeter sakes, but this one made me confused (lol). I guess this tangy sourness on the tongue is just the right amount of saltiness...

I bought this sake because I was attracted by the brewing concept of "sake with a sour taste like a lemon. The acidity is not absurdly strong, so you can drink it without worry. According to my wife, the sourness can be perceived differently depending on the food pairing. Unfortunately, I couldn't figure it out (laugh).

This is another delicious sake. At first it felt tangy on my tongue, but after a day it softened up enough that I didn't mind. I am glad that my wife, who is a first-time Tenbi drinker, liked it too.

It is a "orikagami", but I drank the supernatant first. It has a strong acidity, but it is also sweet and delicious. I drank a full cup right away. Next, I drank the orikomi together with the sake. The overall impression was more gentle. This sake is also delicious and will be gone soon.

I went to a liquor store that I often visit and they were having a tasting event, so I tried a sip and enjoyed it so much I bought it immediately. (My wife did the tasting. I'm a driver, so I'll hold off). We went home and enjoyed it with yellowtail and radish. It will be gone soon.

I found a brand I've been wanting to drink for a long time 😁. There was no regular series in the liquor store's fridge, only this experimental brew! After much deliberation, I bought it 🤔. Immediately after opening the bottle, you can feel a strong lactic acidity. The fresh and sour lemon 🍋 aroma gradually spreads As soon as you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sharp acidity. It's not sweet, it's more like a dry white wine. Ultra modern taste, reminded me of La Jomon I bought in Yamagata! Both are low-alcohol, highly acidic, and refreshing. I think something is missing. Maybe umami. The umami gets better with a little time. The third cup is even better. I left it for 5 days 🧐🧐. Tastes best the next day On the 5th day I drank it, it seemed to lose its flavor The picture behind me is a beer I recently bought 🍻. I'm excited and looking forward to it o🍻🎶.
