This is also a summer sake. It was hot and warm during the day, so it was nice to have a refreshing summer sake.
Do they serve this every year? I think I've had it before, but I've forgotten what it tastes like💦.
Anyway, it was refreshing and a little sour. It was a wine or an apple, but it was easy to drink with a good mouthfeel.
It was the kind of drink that you could drink all at once until this second glass 🤣.

It was actually my first time to attend and I was excited!
This is the only day you can drink 6 glasses of sake and enjoy whatever you want with one plate and rice for the end 👍.
I thought I'd start with the more expensive sake, but I ordered the one I've never had before first: ❗️
First up was Akabu, I've never seen this label before, it's a beautiful design.
It has a refreshing taste like a summer sake, a fruity aroma, and a good balance of acidity and sweetness, making it very easy to drink!
It is a hit from the very first sip 😁.

It's very much like Yamaguchi sake.
Delicious, sweet and easy to drink, the taste was rich but also refreshing helped by the petit-puchi.

The label is red, and I thought it would be a somewhat guttural type, but it is easy to drink👍.
It is the Jikin I know, mellow and easy to drink with a good mouthfeel.
I like the fact that it retains the Omachi feeling 😊.

It's hard to describe, but it's like the umami of the sake is wrapped up in the crispness, so even people who don't like dry sake may be able to drink it without any discomfort👍.

We were given a bottle of Sogen, which was recommended by one of the regulars at the restaurant!
Although it is a brewed sake, it is a gorgeous and very easy-drinking sake, and I was surprised at the taste, which I could not imagine from the label. I can imagine the junmai sake here must be delicious too!
