Katanosakura純米新酒 純米吟醸
haniwa56Purchased at Imanaka Sake Shop. It is a new sake with a gaseous taste and, as is typical of Katanozakura, it has a slightly acidic taste and is clean and dry. I sometimes want to drink this kind of sake. It is perfect for today. I had this sake at a sake event and loved it. It does not disappoint. We had it with everyone after New Year's.
