I was going to start a series of Kijoshu with Pon-chan's recommended yellow Yoshida Kurau, but no matter how hard I looked for it, I finally couldn't get the yellow one, so I'm going straight into the Kijoshu drinking comparison 😅.
Today I opened a bottle of Senkyu's Kijoshu 😀.
We have a wide variety of sake to compare: Tengu Mai (which we opened earlier) lukewarm, Rebirth and Itsukashi Pink Nigori 😀.
The Senkou kijoshu was a bit sweet, but still tasty 😀.
I thought Gobashi was pretty sweet too... but the kijoshu was sweeter than that 🤣.
Tomorrow, I think I'll have a bottle of sake in between that goes a bit better with kan 🤣.

Good evening Yasubeyesan 🦉.
Sorry to hear about the yellow, but I can suggest Senkou's Kijoshu as I haven't had it outside 😍just too sweet for Yasubeyesan 😂looking forward to some heated sake tomorrow 😁.

Good morning Yasbaye 😃
Now you want to compare kijoshu drinks 😳⁉️You have a wide range of taste 🤣I don't like too sweet so I don't have any experience with kijoshu 😅

Hi Pon 😀
I wish I had paired it with a more unique and flavorful meal, but I think the light and lightly seasoned dish tasted bad 🤣.
Sake pairings are important 😅.
Today we have a Shiga sake to warm up 🍶.

Hi Wakata 😀
Thank you for the offline meeting 🙏.
Your husband is wonderfully mobile and nice 😀.
I think Gohashi is not that sweet compared to this Kijo sake as it also has some petitiveness and fruit acidity 😀.

Hi Rafa papa 😀
I'm still a beginner, so I'm trying different things to see what goes well together 🤣.
I happened to have a bottle of Hiran that I received and I wanted to drink Yoshidagura Yellow too, so I thought of this project, but it might be a little too sweet 😅.
