Comparison of three prefectures along the east northeast coast of Japan
Finally, in Fukushima prefecture, the last prefecture of the second round, we had a junmai ginjo from Keiraku, which I had a hard time deciding between Tobiroki and Keiraku in the first round 😀 We compared the two, one at room temperature and the other fresh out of the fridge.
We compared the two, one at room temperature and the other fresh out of the fridge, and the room temperature one seemed to have more aroma and a stronger sweetness 😀.
However, I prefer the clean and crisp taste of the chilled 寫楽 more 😀.
Both are delicious😇
I compared Tobiroki Jun Dai from Fukushima prefecture, Yamawasei from Miyagi prefecture and Miyakanmei from Miyagi prefecture, and they are all delicious 😀.
It's too much for me to judge 😅.
But from a cosmetic point of view, I think this 寫楽 is the best ❓🤣.

Mr. Yasube, you are in a good mood🌹.
I see you enjoyed the drinks of the noble 🫅🏻 🤗We also liked this one, sweet and refreshing! But these 4 bottles are a good comparison 😋.

Good morning Yasbay 😃
Thanks for completing 2 rounds of drinking 😌寫樂 hasn't been drinking for a while 😅I'm getting back to my standard sake these days so I'm sure I'll drink it one of these days 🤗

Good morning, Yasbay 😃.
Good job on completing the 2nd week of drinking comparison 😃❗️
I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but I'm sure it's a good idea.
I'm sure you'll be able to find a good one for you.

Good morning Yasube!
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new one, but I'm sure it's a good idea to buy a new one! But still, there are a lot of good sake in the 3 prefectures 😳‼️

I am still too young for such a noble drink, I could not make a proper comment, just prostrate myself in the drink 🤣.

Hi Rafa papa 😀
Yes, I was able to complete the two laps without incident, and I was reminded once again that the two bottles from Fukushima Prefecture are really high potential sake with many different expressions 🤣.

Hello, Haruei Chichi 😀.
This drinking comparison reminded me of what happened 30 years ago😅.
When I was running around the mountains of rubble in Kobe and working for almost a year without drinking at all 😨.
Now I will be thankful for the luxury of being able to drink 😇

Hi Pon-chan 😀
I was so overwhelmed by the sake from Fukushima prefecture that I couldn't comment properly 🤣.
But all three Tohoku prefectures had really great sake 😀.
I hope Hokuriku will recover and produce even better sake 🙏.

Good morning, Yasbay! You've got the right glasses and the right temperature range 🍶 We only compare ours with the last one when we open the bottle due to the amount we consume 😅 But still, they all look delicious 😋.

Good morning, Masaaki Sapporo 😀
I just use the glasses I bought when I was drinking only wine for sake 😀.
Sake is fun because unlike wine, you can enjoy sake at different temperatures 🤣.
