ゆーへーSnoqualmie drinking comparison Sagabiyori version 📝.
Next is the Sagabiyori purchased at Sumino-san in February 🌾.
Sagabiyori is a famous variety of rice from Saga Prefecture, and I remember eating it as rice, and it was very tasty with a sweet taste ✨.
The sweetness comes in a gulp at first, and also fruity, and its aftertaste lingers without bitterness.
Surprisingly, the flavor was strong enough to stand alone👍.
720 mL ¥ 1,925 zii—Lightly effervescent, sweet, fruity, lightly cloudy
★★★☆☆☆☆
4 gou ¥1,750- (tax not included) zii—Juicy, sweet, spicy and sour all in perfect balance. Delicious!
★★★★★
4gou ¥1,800-(tax not included) ゆーへーA bottle from Sumino Sake Shop's May Hanpukai 🍶.
Okuharima has an image of being peculiar and strong (as in Omune's), so I avoided drinking it at home 💧.
I heard that Mr. Toji Yamauchi moved from Miyako Bijin this season, so it will be interesting to see if the style will have too much acidity and amino acids 👀.
This time I had it with sashimi 🐟 as it was dry, sharply shaken, with a slight magic smell and a light bitterness as it receded.
Buy a tank of one, Sumino Sake Shop's original sake 🛢️
720 mL ¥ 1,595 boukenGood evening, Mr. Yoohee.
Okuharima might not be so peculiar if it wasn't aged 🤔.
Aged sake wasn't about perverted sake or something like that 💦🙀😭. ゆーへーGood morning, bouken. ☀︎
I see, I guess it's best not to leave it too long and drink it right away💦.
I've seen some of your instagrams on aged sake, but I wouldn't touch it just for curiosity 💧. ゆーへーIt has a smooth, watery texture with a hint of sweetness that recedes with bitterness.
On the second day, the sweetness increases, and I think I prefer this one.
One of the bottles in Sumino Sake Shop's February Hanpukai 🍶.
This is the first time I've had it even though it's a well-known brand ✨.
As I had heard beforehand, it was too elegant for my taste 💧.
I guess I should have left it for a week and drank it like it says on the label.
I'm surprised to look back at the price now and see that I drank such an expensive bottle so soon 💦.
720 mL ¥ 6,050 ゆーへーThe bitter taste comes first, with a slight sweetness and savory aroma.
It is a bit classical.
It may be a little different from the general image of Houou Mita 💡.
One of the bottles in Sumino Sake Shop's March Hanpukai.
It is a test brew using sake rice called "Aikoku," which was used in the Meiji era (1868-1912).
Indeed, the name reflects the historical background of the time.
You can also taste the roughness of the rice, so I drank it with meat dishes 🥩.
720 mL ¥ 2,420 ゆーへーIt is sweeter and has a great pineapple flavor 🍍.
Like the last 39, I feel like once it's cooked, the sweetness becomes much stronger 💡.
I thought it could be served on the rocks 🧊.
And so GW is over in no time 💨
720 mL ¥ 1,595 zii—After all, the south is delicious 😋.
A little spicy and fruity
but I prefer Junmai Ginjo to Daiginjo for all brands😊.
★★★★☆
Tax not included ¥2,200- (tax not included) zii—After all, it tastes different from the usual Hououmida.
Is this a wine taste?
★★★☆☆☆☆
4 gou ¥1,800- (4 pints) ゆーへーThis one is less fizzy and, on the contrary, has a stronger sweetness and pineapple taste 🍍.
I was surprised that the aroma was higher once fired 👀.
I wonder if there is such a thing as a medium-brew.
But overall the taste is the same, so I think I'll just go for the cheaper one from now on 💸.
This one is for gift 💧.
720 mL ¥ 4,290 ゆーへーIt has a muscat-like aroma and the flavor of rice flows with a slight sourness.
My personal impression is that numerosis is still a well-balanced drink.
I regret leaving the Ikedalot behind and comparing the two.
I don't know if they are both that different, I don't know lol.
750 mL ¥ 1,760 ゆーへーIt is smooth like water and flows with minerality afterwards.
It is the driest of the three.
It is easy to drink with a little sourness and bitterness, which is a good accent 💡.
As it says on the label, the No. 3 yeast is able to give this complex flavor even with soft water, and it is to be feared.
750 mL ¥ 1,870 ゆーへーThe umami of the rice can be felt, and a little sourness is felt at the end.
The mixed fermentation of No. 1 and No. 2 yeast gives it a somewhat classical flavor.
This year we were lucky enough to obtain four bottles of Sogape and decided to compare three of them 💡.
I found it to be the most robust and drinkable of the four 👍.
750 mL ¥ 1,870 ゆーへーThe thickening and sweetness comes through with a gusto, a gorgeous aroma and a bit of bitterness that flows smoothly.
I wonder if it tastes like a flowery yeast.
I happened to find it at Sumino's, so I bought it without hesitation.
As the label suggests, it had a gorgeous flavor, perfect for spring 💐.
720 mL ¥ 2,200 ゆーへーA rummy aroma, followed by a rush of minerality.
A little less sweet than expected and drier than expected 💡.
Almost bought it because of the label and title, so it's ok👍.
I just looked at lot number 71 / 3000 and it was so-so young ✨.
I'm jealous of those who were able to ride the special Kintetsu charter train tickets, as I heard they sold out quickly 🚈.
720 mL ¥ 1,760 ゆーへーIt pulls away with a rummy aroma and a banana-like sweetness.
I think the fact that they use 901 yeast gives it a good fruitiness👍.
This is one of the bottles in the March Sumi no Sake Shop hanpukai.
Originally released in early fall as a draft, they had it specially unfiltered and released early.
It was rated the best new sake of 5BY by the National Taxation Bureau's appraiser, so they decided to keep it ✨.
It was delicious with the fruity flavor of Yamadanishiki from Yoshikawa in the Special A district, but with a tight finish 🍶.
720 mL ¥ 1,870 ゆーへーUltra slightly carbonated, slightly classical aroma and sweet like Wasanbon, flowing with a subtle bitterness.
Maybe a little bit of nuance similar to 6-row yeast 💡.
On the second day, the carbonation settled down and the sweetness increased: ⤴️
I want to drink Banshu Issen regularly🍶.
The spring sake was definitely one to gulp down ✨.
720 mL ¥ 1,650 ゆーへーIt smells like lemon and lactic acid, and flows smoothly 🍋.
Mild on the palate, no bitterness.
More sweetness on the second day.
A bottle from the February hanpukai at Sumino Sake Shop.
I have seen sakes made with Princess Michiko, but this is the first time I have purchased it🌹.
I don't often buy sake in a box myself, so this month's hanpukai was a great opportunity👍.
I personally like the gentle (natural) sweetness of hana-yeast sake in general, so I would like to try other brands when I have a chance 💡 (although they are expensive and I can't afford to buy them...)
720 mL ¥ 3,740 ゆーへーIt has a grape-like aroma, a thick, caramel-like astringency, and a firm umami taste.
This is one of the bottles in Sumino Sake Shop's February hanpukai.
It was selected in a hurry after the earthquake in January.
It is a limited-edition, unaged Yamahai Junmai sake called "Shiro-tengu".
I could certainly taste the freshness and nuance of white wine ✨.
We enjoyed it slowly and gratefully.
720 mL ¥ 2,420 ゆーへーAroma of pineapple is elegant, but it quickly slips away 💨.
It's calculated not to be too sweet after drinking 👍.
I decided to open a bottle of Jyushiyo, which I had been keeping for a long time, because it was the best of the first half of this year 💡.
I was going to give it to the Kansai branch of Sakegawa, but...,
720 mL ¥ 3,366 マルGood evening, Mr. Yoohee 🌘.
You have opened a big one 😳
I heard you were going to give it to the sakewa kansai branch, but your kindness is enough 😊.
Yoohee-san's tiger cubs are for you to drink👍 ポンちゃんGood morning, Yoohee 🐥.
Wow! You had a great drink ✨I wouldn't have opened it without a reason and your timing is very forward thinking Yoohee 😊👍.
I forgot about it and now I remember 🤣. ゆーへーGood morning, brother Maru. ☀︎
Well, I haven't had a chance to open it and I'm the only one who drinks at home, so I was hoping to bring it in if I had the chance...
I have a fridge situation, so I think I'll open a bang lol. ゆーへーGood morning, Pon-chan. ☀︎
Yes, I actually had another bottle of Jyushiro available, so I decided to open it here ❗️ 💡.
I drank one of the three bottles I have to deliver to the Kansai Branch. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
