It has a gorgeous aroma and sweetness. Bitterness comes in the latter half of the bottle.
This one is definitely more like a nama-zake than the Kozutsuru I had the other day.
It's been 6 days, but the bitterness seems to have lessened compared to when I just opened it.

2024 Self-Serving Hiran Festival: 1️⃣ 2️⃣
The last one is Nikkomaru.
But a set of oorigarami + glass 🥂.
To be honest, I was hesitant because of the high price, but I bought it because I thought it would be good (for the points) if it was in Hiran 💳.
I thought if they sold regular Nikkomaru, I could compare the two, but they were sold out and I couldn't get it 💧.
To be honest, the base taste was the same, but the sweetness was more pronounced due to the orikara flavor 💡.
I thought it was the cost of the glass, but oh well💦.

The stained glass logo looks beautifully colored and shines when the light hits it✨.
It said be careful opening the bottle, but the cork didn't blow out👍.
I write this every year, but I'm pretty sure this flavor is Aquarius for adults 💡.
Personally, I find this tastier than Aoten because the overall taste is more robust.

Personally, the 1,2 most popular seasonal drink in Hiran, Kagura✨.
You get a fluffy citrusy aroma with a touch of schwarziness and it flows with a bit of bitterness 🍊.
It's quite strongly carbonated when opened, so you can gobble it up when the temperature rises 🍾.
I heard there is also a dry version of this, but I didn't come across it this year 💧.

On the last day of the Bon vacations, I went with Mr. Yoohee to a liquor store which will be closed for a month for remodeling.
Two days before that, I visited several liquor stores in Osaka with Mr. Yoohee😅.
There were more Shinmasa and Jyushidai than I've ever seen before 😳
I was able to use Yoohee-san's points to buy it because my points had expired 🙇.

It's very gassy and has a lemony, sweet and sour taste. It's definitely got an Aquari or sports drink feel to it. The fizziness is by far the best I've ever had in a Shinsei!
There is a slight bitterness and dryness, but it's Shinsei, so it's not hard to drink at all.

For this year's Tanabata sake, we chose 77% Kakemai 77% Asahira🎋.
Shuwa super micro carbonated and flows with grapefruit sweetness and a touch of sourness and bitterness later 💨.
When you put it in a glass, it is slightly cloudy white.
For what it is, it has a slick aftertaste✨.

Refreshing label that seems to blow away the rainy season blur ☀️
As you can imagine, it is a schwarz and cemedine dry type.

They had a standard product directly pumped for the hanpukai.
It is slightly carbonated and has a sweetness like wasanbon and a bitterness like grapefruit.
The aftertaste may be a bit tangy due to the alcohol.

I thought it was Oroku from its appearance, but upon closer inspection, it turned out to be Jogei.
I still don't know the difference between Oroku and Jogi label, but it was grapefruity and tasty anyway, so that's good👍.

I like Hakutsuru Sake Brewery's enthusiasm to bring the seriousness of a major company to local sake 👍.

Snoqualmie drinking comparison: Yuyamanishiki version 📝.
Half a year after the first Yamada-Nishiki, the last Yuyamanishiki was released 🌾 when I was thinking that there were three types of Snoklet as I recall.
This one has the impression of sweetness followed by a strong acidity.
The acidity tightens it up, making it a perfect bottle for this hot season👍.

Sagabiyori is a famous variety of rice from Saga Prefecture, and I remember eating it as rice, and it was very tasty with a sweet taste ✨.

Okuharima has an image of being peculiar and strong (as in Omune's), so I avoided drinking it at home 💧.
I heard that Mr. Toji Yamauchi moved from Miyako Bijin this season, so it will be interesting to see if the style will have too much acidity and amino acids 👀.
This time I had it with sashimi 🐟 as it was dry, sharply shaken, with a slight magic smell and a light bitterness as it receded.
