While in the mouth, the pineapple aroma spreads and once you drink it, it leaves a bit of bitterness 🍍. The aroma is quite high, so it would be better to drink it quickly💡. With the sashimi, the bitterness disappears and the pineapple flavor increases 🐟. One of the bottles in Sumino Sake Shop's September distribution 🍶. I've been saving this bottle because I couldn't open it for a while, but I had a big job waiting for me this week, so I decided to open it to get myself in the mood 🍾. Without my permission, I'd like to invite you to the Fei Lan Festival: 6️⃣ The year of Hiran begins with this pop and colorful label 🌈 Super slightly carbonated, a little citrusy and sour, and flows smoothly 💨. I forgot I was drinking this at the end of February 💧. I went back and forth on the order, but I got it again this year and gulped it down right away👍. I looked closely and this one was also made with Yamadanishiki, but I think it has a stronger umami than the zodiac bottle 💡. This is the end of the first Hiran Festival 🌀 720 mL ¥ 1,760

It is less umami than the sake brewed in the traditional sake yeast, and can be drunk easily. Without my permission, I'd like to invite you to the Fei Lan Festival: 4️⃣ Next is the standard Nikomaru unfiltered raw 💨 This is only available during the new sake season, so we had to hurry to secure this one too. Unlike the hi-ire sake, it is still very fresh. Every time I think about it, I wonder why Nikkomaru has such a low miscellaneous taste even though it is made from rice. Nagasaki is a harsh environment for growing rice, but I am happy to see such good rice being grown here✨. 720 mL ¥ 1,815

It flows smoothly with a muscat-like aroma and sweetness. Special Jun🌾 of Yamada Nishiki I had had the usual Tokujun several times, so I bought this to compare the two. This one has a more refreshing aftertaste and I drank it in large gulps👍. 720 mL ¥ 1,980

It flows smoothly with a slightly bitter taste, with a sweetness like Wasanbon and an aroma derived from No. 6 yeast. We were lucky enough to get it again this season✨. If you look closely, it says Ikedalot 👀. I got the normal lot later, so I should have compared the drinks,.., Well, it's corked, so it's definitely better to drink it while it's still tasty👍. 750 mL ¥ 1,760

It flows with an apple-like sweetness and a slight bitterness. The bitterness mellows out when mixed with the nigori. I got a bottle of the new sake, but could not drink it because it was a gift to my parents. With that in mind, I got the light nigori and was able to drink it carefully at home: ❄️ Since the light nigori is this good, I guess the new sake must be even better 💡. 720 mL ¥ 2,000

The sweetness and aroma of muscat spreads and flows with a slight minerality. One of the bottles in Sumino Sake Shop's December Hanpukai 🍶. Ona has a good balance of sweetness and sharpness, except for the yellow super dry one, and I personally can't go wrong with any of them. Of course, the first Shibori was also delicious ✨. 720 mL ¥ 1,650

New 3 major nigori drink comparison Jigon version This is one of the bottles in the November hanpukai at Sumino Sake Shop. I was surprised to see Jigori-Nigori in the list. ‼️ If it wasn't for this, I don't think we would have compared the new 3 big bottles💧. It's super slightly carbonated, with a melon or pear-like sweetness, while you can taste the umami of the rice, and it flows smoothly with a touch of sourness at the end. Mixing in the tailings makes it more silky, but the clean finish is still the same. I wonder if the secret to its deliciousness is hidden in the fact that it is 66% Gohyakumangoku and 34% Yamadanishiki 👀. Quintessential Jikin, its expressive power is unparalleled ✨. All three have distinct characteristics, so it's no wonder they all have their own "guesses"👍. Ohhhh, I hope winter comes soon again lol! 720 mL ¥ 1870

When I opened the bottle, I almost gushed. Strong carbonation, rummy sweetness and bitterness came at the same time and flowed with a strong minerality. The sweetness can be felt, and the bitterness is less bitter and recedes, so this is easier to drink. This is one of the bottles from the December Sumi no Sake-ten hanpukai. Since we had also purchased the active nigori in November, we were able to compare the two 👍. 720 mL ¥ 1,870
