It is a bit schwiffy and has a grapefruit aroma, but leaves a bitter taste that clings a bit to the tongue. One of the May hanpukai from Sumino Sake Shop. I thought it was Oroku from its appearance, but upon closer inspection, it turned out to be Jogei. I still don't know the difference between Oroku and Jogi label, but it was grapefruity and tasty anyway, so that's good👍. There are still many varieties of this brand 💨. but I'm concerned that it's a little expensive due to refrigerated storage costs💦. 720 mL ¥ 2,640

There are several brands of sake rice that interest me, one of which is Hakutsuru Nishiki 🌾. I like Hakutsuru Sake Brewery's enthusiasm to bring the seriousness of a major company to local sake 👍. This time we had the Toichi version. It has a sweetness that clings to the tongue and flows with a touch of bitterness. Surprisingly mineral and robust. I drank it with dumplings and it was gone immediately 🥟. 720 mL ¥ 2,100

Good evening, Mr. Yoohee. I remember that it was delicious when I compared it with a bottle of Toyo Bijin's Hakutsuru Nishiki that I had bought as part of a Jyushiyo bundle 😋.

Hello bouken! When you say "Jyushiyo", you must have bought it at Matsu Fat in Osaka lol. I haven't seen the Toyo Bijin Hakutsuru Nishiki yet, so I'll have to check it out when I see it 👀.

10 minutes after almost spurting out the schwag. The melon flows smoothly without any sweetness and bitterness 🍈. One of Sumino Sake Shop's March hanpukai. Sakura season is over, but I kept it because I thought it would be delicious to drink when the temperature is a little warmer than it looks ✨. As I expected, it went down fast and was gone in no time..., It was very easy to drink, with little bitterness for Aizan🌸. 720 mL ¥ 2,500

Snoqualmie drinking comparison: Yuyamanishiki version 📝. Half a year after the first Yamada-Nishiki, the last Yuyamanishiki was released 🌾 when I was thinking that there were three types of Snoklet as I recall. This one has the impression of sweetness followed by a strong acidity. The acidity tightens it up, making it a perfect bottle for this hot season👍. After comparing 3 types of wine, I personally think Sagabiyori>Oyamanishiki>Yamadanishiki I personally think that the order is Which was your favorite this season? 720 mL ¥ 1,925

Hi Yoohee 🐦 I've never had Sagabiyori, but I was curious to see your preference 😊. I have never had Sagabiyori, but I was curious to see your preference 😊In case you don't know, last year I preferred Oyama to Yamada 😁I haven't had one this year and would like to try it if I can find it. Pon-chan Hello 💡. I think it's great that you did so well with the food rice, as well as the NIKOMARU in Hiran 💡. Indeed, on balance, Yuyamanishiki was delicious👍. Sagabiyori was released around February 🌾.

Snoqualmie drinking comparison Sagabiyori version 📝. Next is the Sagabiyori purchased at Sumino-san in February 🌾. Sagabiyori is a famous variety of rice from Saga Prefecture, and I remember eating it as rice, and it was very tasty with a sweet taste ✨. The sweetness comes in a gulp at first, and also fruity, and its aftertaste lingers without bitterness. Surprisingly, the flavor was strong enough to stand alone👍. 720 mL ¥ 1,925

A bottle from Sumino Sake Shop's May Hanpukai 🍶. Okuharima has an image of being peculiar and strong (as in Omune's), so I avoided drinking it at home 💧. I heard that Mr. Toji Yamauchi moved from Miyako Bijin this season, so it will be interesting to see if the style will have too much acidity and amino acids 👀. This time I had it with sashimi 🐟 as it was dry, sharply shaken, with a slight magic smell and a light bitterness as it receded. Buy a tank of one, Sumino Sake Shop's original sake 🛢️ 720 mL ¥ 1,595

Good evening, Mr. Yoohee. Okuharima might not be so peculiar if it wasn't aged 🤔. Aged sake wasn't about perverted sake or something like that 💦🙀😭.

Good morning, bouken. ☀︎ I see, I guess it's best not to leave it too long and drink it right away💦. I've seen some of your instagrams on aged sake, but I wouldn't touch it just for curiosity 💧.

It has a smooth, watery texture with a hint of sweetness that recedes with bitterness. On the second day, the sweetness increases, and I think I prefer this one. One of the bottles in Sumino Sake Shop's February Hanpukai 🍶. This is the first time I've had it even though it's a well-known brand ✨. As I had heard beforehand, it was too elegant for my taste 💧. I guess I should have left it for a week and drank it like it says on the label. I'm surprised to look back at the price now and see that I drank such an expensive bottle so soon 💦. 720 mL ¥ 6,050

The bitter taste comes first, with a slight sweetness and savory aroma. It is a bit classical. It may be a little different from the general image of Houou Mita 💡. One of the bottles in Sumino Sake Shop's March Hanpukai. It is a test brew using sake rice called "Aikoku," which was used in the Meiji era (1868-1912). Indeed, the name reflects the historical background of the time. You can also taste the roughness of the rice, so I drank it with meat dishes 🥩. 720 mL ¥ 2,420

This one is less fizzy and, on the contrary, has a stronger sweetness and pineapple taste 🍍. I was surprised that the aroma was higher once fired 👀. I wonder if there is such a thing as a medium-brew. But overall the taste is the same, so I think I'll just go for the cheaper one from now on 💸. This one is for gift 💧. 720 mL ¥ 4,290

It has a muscat-like aroma and the flavor of rice flows with a slight sourness. My personal impression is that numerosis is still a well-balanced drink. I regret leaving the Ikedalot behind and comparing the two. I don't know if they are both that different, I don't know lol. 750 mL ¥ 1,760

It is smooth like water and flows with minerality afterwards. It is the driest of the three. It is easy to drink with a little sourness and bitterness, which is a good accent 💡. As it says on the label, the No. 3 yeast is able to give this complex flavor even with soft water, and it is to be feared. 750 mL ¥ 1,870

The umami of the rice can be felt, and a little sourness is felt at the end. The mixed fermentation of No. 1 and No. 2 yeast gives it a somewhat classical flavor. This year we were lucky enough to obtain four bottles of Sogape and decided to compare three of them 💡. I found it to be the most robust and drinkable of the four 👍. 750 mL ¥ 1,870

The thickening and sweetness comes through with a gusto, a gorgeous aroma and a bit of bitterness that flows smoothly. I wonder if it tastes like a flowery yeast. I happened to find it at Sumino's, so I bought it without hesitation. As the label suggests, it had a gorgeous flavor, perfect for spring 💐. 720 mL ¥ 2,200

A rummy aroma, followed by a rush of minerality. A little less sweet than expected and drier than expected 💡. Almost bought it because of the label and title, so it's ok👍. It pulls away with a rummy aroma and a banana-like sweetness. I think the fact that they use 901 yeast gives it a good fruitiness👍. This is one of the bottles in the March Sumi no Sake Shop hanpukai. Originally released in early fall as a draft, they had it specially unfiltered and released early. It was rated the best new sake of 5BY by the National Taxation Bureau's appraiser, so they decided to keep it ✨. It was delicious with the fruity flavor of Yamadanishiki from Yoshikawa in the Special A district, but with a tight finish 🍶. 720 mL ¥ 1,870
