I took my husband to my favorite restaurant, New Rebaya.
We booked the all-you-can-drink course again, so we were shown to a table next to the fridge, and he was so excited 😍calling it awesome 😍calling it awesome 😆.
The sake I enjoyed this time was Tanaka Rokugo's Shiraito! I was attracted by the word "limited edition" and ordered it. It was delicious 😋I thought it had a good balance of sweetness and sourness? I remember drinking it towards the end 💦.
Naturally, Jyushiyo, Jikin, Kinjaku... were delicious... 💦.
It was a wonderful gift for my husband's birthday celebration😊.

Shinjuku New Levaya, the last one was a Junmai Daiginjo from Amami.
The sake I had just before was Niimasa, a sake with a strong character, so although it was delicious, I had the impression that the taste was bland.
I need to deepen my knowledge and think about the order in which I drink 💦.
I decided to give this sake a higher priority the next time I encounter it 😊.

The fifth drink at Shinjuku New Levaya was Shinmasa.
This was my first time drinking Bessatsurae and I can't describe the taste well. It was delicious, but I felt like I was drinking wine 😑.
There is a wide variety of Shinmasa and I would like to take my time drinking it 😏.

The fourth cup at Shinjuku New Lebaya was a Junmai Daiginjo from Jikin.
Junmai Daiginjo is delicious. It has a crisp yet rich flavor, and the aroma seems to spread in the mouth.
It was a really happy time for me, as I was able to order the Jikin that I had wanted to drink.

Shinjuku New Levaya, the third glass was a Junmai Daiginjo of Tobiroki. My memory of the taste is a bit fuzzy from this point on.
It is a refreshing, full-bodied sake that goes down your throat nicely. I seem to remember it being slightly effervescent, but I'm not sure if it was the Sengoku I had before or the Jikin I had after this 💦.
By the way, Shinjuku New Levaya has a wide variety of sake that is fun to drink 🍶.

The second drink at New Levaya was Senkori.
This is another sake that I wanted to try.
It has a clean taste, but you can feel the crisp flavor as it goes down your throat. It was my favorite taste.

I went to New Rebaya in Shinjuku for a sake sampler.
First of all, I was allowed to try Jyushiyo for the first time.
It had a clear, refreshing taste, but also a slight dryness. The drinkability was just right for the first cup.
