Suddenly sold in the last week or so. San-Do-Konjyo I thought it was released at this May's Sansho Shinen But the brewing year is 2023, one year older than the previous year! I thought it was aged for half a year, but more than a year? It is an assemblage of Kago and Yamadanishiki. It is much drier than the one I drank in May this year.
