This time, REVEROF is the counterpart to FOREVER, with a high alcohol content of 20 degrees Celsius and a very dry sake with a sake alcohol content of 9.9.
The aroma is a complex blend of lemon, rice flavor, gentle sugar content, and just a hint of maturity. It is a complex blend of these elements.

We often see Machida-san around, but this one is new to us. I was surprised to learn that this is a PB product of Hiroshima sake dealer Yamada. The name of the sake is "the essence of flavor that cannot be explained by logic. The specifications are undisclosed, except for the fact that the sake is unpasteurized and 16%. But if it can't be explained by logic, I wish they would have written the specs of the logic part.

This is my favorite Omine-san's autumn sake, Hiyahoroshi.
The aroma is of white grape acidity, melon sweetness, and gentle rice umami. It is very good.

This is a regular sake made by the Kiyamasa Shuzo brewery of Jikin.
This sake was left at room temperature on purpose. As expected, they know what they are doing!
The aroma is a soft, sweet, alky aroma of a sake with alkaloonsuke. This is good.
The mouthfeel is sweet and deliciously smooth. The mouthfeel is a sweet and deliciously sweet, then a deliciously sweet and deliciously smooth. It is true that it is a regular sake with an alcoholic flavor, but there is no unpleasantness in it at all. It is a beautiful sake.

This is Mr. Takasago of Kiyamasa Shuzo, which brews Jikin.
The aroma is a fumon of rice flavor. It is not sweet or fruity, but you can tell it is of high quality.
The mouthfeel is slightly tangy and gently sweet. It is very elegant. But then, the umami starts to spread all over the mouth. It spreads throughout the mouth, and a hint of "aru" aroma wafts from the nose. This hint of aroma is very good.
It is not fruity at all like Jikin, but a very fine, robustly umami dry sake. It has a sense of quality.

Otokoyama is from the "KEG DRAFT SAKE" series, a 10L tank sake server that maintains the flavor and freshness of freshly squeezed sake for a long period of time.

For my third drink of the day, I was initially planning to drink another refreshingly fruity sake. But after drinking the previous Reaper, I was in the mood for a more robust sake. Tobiroki fulfilled my expectations perfectly. Just the flavor I was looking for. It was delicious!
