This sake is just as amazing as its name. The rice polishing ratio is a whopping 8%!
The aroma has a gentle rice flavor and a very elegant and beautiful alcohol taste.
The mouthfeel is also beautifully sweet and delicious. From there, a well-honed sweetness of sugar comes through. A beautiful bitterness also appears in the back. There is bitterness, but it is not a cloying taste at all.
The sweetness in the nose is also superb. But then, what happened? It disappeared before I knew it, and only beautiful memories remain. Hawaaaaah. Beautiful.
Three days after opening the bottle, it's even sweeter! It's getting insanely gorgeous! The sweetness with lots of sugar and the beautiful bitterness spread all over the mouth, and it's so colorful. Not just beautiful, but colorful and yet elegant. It was delicious the first day, but even more impressive.
It was a wonderful sake. Thank you very much.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, I would say Gina from "Red Pig". Talk about beautiful, sexy and classy!
