こるね
This is my favorite Omine-san's autumn sake, Hiyahoroshi.
The aroma is of white grape acidity, melon sweetness, and gentle rice umami. It is very good.
The mouthfeel is gentle, and the acidity is sweet and umami. It has a good balance. From there, the sweet and umami comes through. The flavor is softer. The hint of aroma is mild. It has a solid core, yet spreads gently. Delicious!
As the temperature rises, the aroma is dominated by the deliciousness of the rice and comes to the center. This is also good!

If we were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be Tenner-san from "Gedo Senki". She is the foster parent of Teru and an old friend of Hi-Taka. She is a kind person with a strong core.
Satisfaction: ★★★★☆
