＜Sweet and sour sakuma drops, lemon flavor.
It has been a long time since we have seen Machida Brewery.
We often see Machida-san around, but this one is new to us. I was surprised to learn that this is a PB product of Hiroshima sake dealer Yamada. The name of the sake is "the essence of flavor that cannot be explained by logic. The specifications are undisclosed, except for the fact that the sake is unpasteurized and 16%. But if it can't be explained by logic, I wish they would have written the specs of the logic part.
Well, let's drink it without worrying about that.
The aroma is gently syrupy sweet and faintly ripe.
When you put it in your mouth, it is sweet and sour. Sweetness of the syrup and a slight lemon taste. There is also a slight lemon bitterness. This is more of a lemon flavor than a lemon. It's sweet and tasty with no curd.
The girl who gives Nausicaä a chiko nut in "Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind" (Ghibli). She is innocent and cute.
