The mouthfeel is fizzy and slightly carbonated, with an elegant mild flavor. It is very soft and soft, but still very lively. After that, the umami expands a little, but the gentle and elegant impression lasts until the end. After swallowing, it disappears without leaving anything behind.
It is very gentle and beautiful. It doesn't feel like it has 15% alcohol at all.
I would like to pair this with delicate entrées such as white fish sashimi and yuba (bean curd). If I were to drink it, I think the first glass would be good. To be honest, it was a little too much for the second glass. It is delicious, though.
