I had to let it settle for a day and then slowly open the bottle.

I had hoped to get another bottle when I bought it last time, but it was sold out.
So this time, I bought another bottle to make sure that won't happen again.

It's the season of nigori, and since we're going to drink the Snowman on Christmas, we'll start with the lightly nigori Oze no Yukidoke. As the label on the back says, it has a fresh melon flavor and is easy to drink. It's sweet, but when I served it with fried chicken, it was so easy to drink that it was gone before I knew it! Yesterday, I drank Banshu Ikken at a standing bar and it was really good, so I definitely need to get that one.
