It's just like you'd expect from Mimuro Cedar!
The aroma is discreet but fruity.
When you take a sip, a muscat-like aroma escapes into your nose, and the sweetness spreads, but the mouthfeel is clean and refreshing.
The aftertaste is nicely bitter.
A delicious sake that goes down a treat!
Mimuro cedar is never a bad choice.

Sentori Organic Nigori Sake.
I had previously opened a bottle of nigori immediately after bringing it home and spilling it, so I let it settle in the fridge for three weeks before slowly opening it.
The aroma is fruity, like muscat.
When you drink it, it does not taste as sweet as the aroma.
It has sourness, bitterness, and a slight lactic acid bacteria-like aroma.
The bitter taste remains in the aftertaste.
The aroma, sourness, and bitterness are refreshing and crisp.
A delicious sake!

It's time to start drinking spring sake, so we opened a bottle of Harukasumi's Flower Label 🎉.
It has a tangy, gaseous taste with a slight sourness followed by a crisp bitterness.
I had imagined it to be gorgeous, but the aroma was subdued, and the mouthfeel was slightly dry, with the sweet umami of Misato Nishiki coming from the back of the bottle.
Today was a cold day, as if we were back in winter. The first time we opened the bottle, the flower label looked like a neighborhood cherry tree with buds that were still hard.
We will savor it slowly and wait for the day when the cherry blossoms bloom.

The first Sentoku🎉 Junmai-shu made with Miyazaki rice.
The aroma is subdued, and the junmai sake allows you to savor the delicious flavor of the rice. The bitterness is moderate and refreshing. The alcohol content is 15%, so it is not heavy and not difficult to drink at all.
The flavor is enhanced when slightly lukewarm.
It is a perfect food sake that does not interfere with the meal, but gently accompanies it.
It is a sake that can be enjoyed lukewarm even when the cherry blossoms are in bloom and the flowers are cold☺️.

I tried it because it is a new standard product of Kido 🍶.
Hon Kido" 🍶.
It seems to mean the essence of what Kido considers to be the true nature of things.
When you drink it, it is soft and pleasant to drink.
The aroma is subdued, and the alcohol content is low at 13ºC.
The sweetness and umami can be felt, and the aftertaste seems to fade away quickly 😅.
I think it's great for people who don't like dry 🎵.

Atago no matsu is made from a new type of sake rice called Gin no Iroha.
The aroma is subdued.
It has a faint rice aroma, sweetness, and a slight alcoholic taste, but it has a moderate acidity and a refreshing mouthfeel.
The bitterness that lingers in the back of the mouth is also a nice touch. You will not get tired of drinking it.
This is Atago no matsu as expected.
It is a perfect sake to drink while eating. It is a delicious sake.
It does not betray your expectations.

I had my first bottle of Modern Senkou Kamenoo🎵.
I haven't had a bottle of this since modern innocent except for seasonal ones😋.
It's still very tasty 🎵.
The aroma is reminiscent of melon semen.
The aroma is sweet, reminiscent of melon red beans, with a slight tanginess on the tongue.
The bitterness is not so pronounced, so the aftertaste lingers in the mouth and makes you want to drink it again🎵.
I haven't had the classic Senkou yet, so I want to try it 🎵.

This is Morishima's Omachi Junmai Daiginjo.
This is one heck of a good sake!
When you taste it, you can feel the aroma of rice in your nose.
There is a hint of alcohol, but you can feel the sweetness and flavor of the rice.
The aftertaste is quickly broken by acidity.
It is a good sake!

It's been a while since I've had a Sawa-ya-Matsumoto.
It is lightly nigori.
You can't see the snake eyes.
When you uncork it, it makes a nice sound. When I uncorked it, it made a good sound.
