It's time to start drinking spring sake, so we opened a bottle of Harukasumi's Flower Label 🎉.
It has a tangy, gaseous taste with a slight sourness followed by a crisp bitterness.
I had imagined it to be gorgeous, but the aroma was subdued, and the mouthfeel was slightly dry, with the sweet umami of Misato Nishiki coming from the back of the bottle.
Today was a cold day, as if we were back in winter. The first time we opened the bottle, the flower label looked like a neighborhood cherry tree with buds that were still hard.
We will savor it slowly and wait for the day when the cherry blossoms bloom.

Harukasumi is not a gorgeous sake, but it is quite a good sake with a moist and delicious taste❣️(I only noticed its goodness recently😅)

Good evening, T.KISO 😄There have been three Junmai sake in a row recently, but Harukasumi's Hana label is a gentle, soft and delicious sake! I want to drink it with butterbur sprouts and tempura of taran sprouts 😋.
