Visited this restaurant for the first time in a while. A little drink is also in full swing. It is not on the menu, but I found it in the refrigerator. I tried this brand I was curious about for the first time. It was a good harvest, sweet and delicious, and gorgeous.

I found a bottle of Jyushiyo in the refrigerator. Ordered it immediately. Freshly opened. Brilliant and fresh. The aroma spreads in my mouth. I can feel the chili on my tongue. It's the best. I ordered a half-gallon, but I ended up having another one.

First cup of the day. It's been a while since I've had sake. This sake awakened me to sake. This is the first time I've had Yamahai brewed sake, and it's delicious, with a light but strong flavor.

I could stand it yesterday, but not today. For a quick drink, I went to the Cape as I did last week and ordered No.6. I couldn't help but notice the light foam and sourness of the beer. Thanks for the drink.

Good evening, Bessan. You went to Shinsei! I also went to Shinsei-san in Akita. I want to go to Akita when the snow melts😊.

Shin Shin SY, are you in Akita today? I'm in Tokyo, but I did the Akita series. I would love to go to Akita when the weather gets warmer.

The second drink was my first, Aki Tora. The tiger picture on the label was soothing, and the sip was sweet, but the aftertaste was crisp and clean. It was a good balance. We had it again this week with Tako Karo.

It's been a while since I've been to a restaurant and it's been a while since I've been to Shizengo. It was the right choice for the first glass. It was sweet, slightly effervescent, and lightly exhaled. I was half full in no time.

(It is an after-the-fact report. Salmon's... taste evaluation of sake might be vague (^-^;)) A shop without salmon, a shop of sake. I'm happy when I drink good sake. When I told him that the assistant manager (I thought he was the assistant manager, but he seems to be the assistant manager) was looking good today, he said, "I'm happy. When I told him that he looked good today, he told me that he gets pale once a week or once a month. He said it was because he didn't sleep enough.... His work is He works only at a pub. I'm worried about him, though I'm meddling. Wakamusume"...my daughter? (lol) It has a refreshing ginjo taste with a hint of rice. It is a ginjo with an aroma that easily lingers in the nose, but it doesn't linger that much. We served it with soy sauce-pickled tori kumquat and boiled spinach. We were rather calm today. I heard that there is no "manager" for everything, but "assistant manager". It seems that there are adults who only work for money or cooking, but they don't work at the restaurant or in the hall. It's a good thing that she's an ambitious "wakamusume", but I wonder if the "adults" aren't throwing her around too much... I'm a drunk who worries about it. I was a drunkard who was worried about it. (I'm sure that the label was made to look like the one from the movie "The End of the World". I'm sure it's the same as Downto)

(This is a train ride post, so my taste buds are bummed out. The Crazy Gonna Crazy cover by Kami Hirose is in my ears and I'm so excited!) 8:40 PM. Downstairs at the office, the first one where I left my boss. At the transfer station, I suddenly got a call. I think I forgot to turn off the electric heater (which turned out to be a fan) in the office! I responded to the voice of the boss's sister, and went back to the office. Well, it would have been unfashionable if it had caught fire. Well, well, let's drink. Drinking was the second thing I've done tonight (laughs). I went back to the restaurant where the assistant manager's girl was in full rotation before. It was a little calmer today, so I went in a little more relaxed. I had a half-gallon of lukewarm sake and a half-gallon of hiya (room temperature) sake called "Arando". Naru-heated sake: the aroma of sake is high, and the flavor of the rice is sweet. Hiya (room temperature)...High aroma, rice flavor, and sweetness. This sake from Yamagata goes in easily, but the rice flavor and aroma are strong. I think the aroma is strong. I think it goes well with meals, but it has a sweet aroma, so vegetables, sashimi, pickles... Well, let me enjoy it today~ (laughs)
