べっさんThe first day of the new year is a welcome party for new employees. It was a good time, but I didn't have enough to drink. So I walked to Kanda and came to Misaki after a long time. Recently, the restaurant was full and we couldn't get in, but today's timing was good. I was surprised to find out that they have Jikkomai! I was delighted and ordered it.
It was light, sweet, acidic, and a little bit sour. It is easy to drink on its own, but when you put it on your tongue, you feel layers of flavors rushing in. It was light and sharp, yet deep. What a feeling! べっさんRecognize this one from the photo. Unusual label. I managed to read the romaji and recognized it as Harushika...FIRST BREW, so first pressing, I guess. This was the last time I went to the second restaurant. べっさんI have no recollection of this area at all, but there was a record of it in the photo, so I drank it, that's the state of it. べっさんThis is the first sake I have seen. It is read as "kure" and is said to be a sake from Kure. Aihara Sake Brewery is famous for "Amego no Tsuki" (moon after rain). I visited Kure last New Year's with my son for a ship tour. The destroyers, submarines, and the big dock were very impressive. I was thinking about something that has nothing to do with sake. べっさん2nd Cool. This day is still going on, but I don't remember from this area, so I just record it. I see a lot of Utagakudai, but I haven't had much to drink. べっさんSecond cup. I've never had Nabeshima like this. I heard it's a wind label. It was delicious. べっさんThe second restaurant, but it was only 6:00 p.m. We settled at the counter. The two of us settled at the counter and ordered two kinds of sake, one half a half gouge each. This was the first time for us to try this sake. べっさんSecond glass. It has a nice light nigori sweet mouthfeel. But it is not too sweet, and it has a nice bitter finish from the umami. I will book a drink with my colleagues for Friday. べっさんThe second ladder. This is also the first time this year. Fortunately, it was Monday and the place was empty. I had a nice conversation with the lady. The first drink. A strong sweet and sour taste, followed by a bitter taste. It is delicious. べっさんThe third glass. The mouthfeel is sweet and easy to drink, but the spiciness comes soon. It is tightened up. It is firm. I am healed by this today. I'm going home. べっさんThe second cup. Rice, koji, and yeast are all from Ibaraki, pure Ibaraki. It has a soft mouthfeel, but soon becomes pungent and acidic. The tightness is similar to the first one, but this one is milder. べっさんI've had a lot going on at the office since Monday, so I cooled down with a drink by myself. This is the sake recommended by the store. And it has a purple label. It's so strange. But when I tasted it, I found it to be gorgeous. The aroma is lively. The aftertaste is dry and bitter. It is very drinkable. べっさんThere is a stock in front of the house of After the soba noodles restaurant, we went to this favorite restaurant one more time. My colleague's western Japan series continued with Saga sake. It was the first time for me to try it. I think it was rich in flavor. I am not sure. Hoka純米無濾過原酒生一本P1純米原酒生酒無濾過 べっさんAfter all that, it was my fourth drink. The last one was Toyooka, which I had two glasses of last time. It has a gorgeous mouthfeel with a strong sense of umami, spiciness, and bitterness. It was delicious, although it did not have the crispiness of the last time.
