I finally made it there!
First time at Sake Labo.
I was curious about this place after someone recommended it in a comment on Sake-no-wa. (I forgot who it was 🙇♂️ but I haven't forgotten the name of the restaurant 💦)
Since we stopped by in the time before our drinking session, we drank a little more than half a cup for 440 yen instead of the all-you-can-drink that they probably sell. I think it's cheap because you can drink everything up to junmai ginjo and junmai daiginjo class for this price.
It was hot, so I asked for a more gaseous sake, and this is what I got.
It was the first time for me to drink this sake, but they were generous enough to open a bottle of this one, which was not on the menu.

Triple HATENA?
It has a strong gassy, ginjo aroma, and a delicious acidity!
Sweet and spicy, fresh and delicious 🍶😋😋😋😋😋.
However, I was told that no liquor stores in Machida City carry it. Too bad.
