Kochi Food Trip - Full Kochi Trip (10)
I know we went back and forth, but I drank Niyodogawa before Tosatsuru.
Kochi Shuzo is a brewery that filed for civil rehabilitation and used to make a brand called Takiarashi. It was originally a large brewery, and they were good at making sake on a large scale, but they gradually downsized.
Niyodogawa sake is not found in the Kansai region.
Niyodogawa Junmai-shu.
The moment I drank it, I said, "Hmm? I said to myself. The taste is completely different from the sake I have been drinking until now, with plenty of amino acid derived from koji (malted rice). It has a caramel taste and a slightly nutty taste as it passes through the nose. But it had an interesting impact with a rather refreshing aftertaste.
The real Niyodo River blue I saw when I visited Kochi was the most beautiful.
It seems it depends on the weather, and Mr. Jyudai said it's not beautiful at all when it's cloudy...
The antenna store of Kochi Prefecture will open on July 31, and I was asked to register on line, so I did.

Nemuchi, nice to meet you ✨
Niyodo River, I think I saw it in a Kochi antenna store in Tokyo and I'm curious about it 🤔 And the real Niyodo River blue is so beautiful ☺️ I've never been there yet, I'd like to see it 👀✨

Nice to meet you, Kotaro 😊I was also curious about the bright label ✨I was surprised it didn't look like Kochi sake when I tried it 😳I heard the real Niyodo river blue depends on the weather, but it's so beautiful and worth a look 🏞️
