Nabeshima brought by kan-san
It's been a long time since I've had Nabeshima itself!
Since I drank Summer Moon at a restaurant I went to with Nemuchi-san and Umai-san after last year's Japanese Sake Festival.
Unlike Nabeshima, which gives the impression of being fruity and sweet, this sake has a calm and slightly sweet taste, but it's a little more light and dry than Nabeshima.
I've heard people say it doesn't taste like Nabeshima, but maybe it's because it's labeled as a "classic" sake, or maybe it's because it's a mild food sake.
