Sake-no-wa Kobe Year-End Party (6)
Sake that was on the all-you-can-drink menu
A while ago, there seemed to be Tokugin.
I want to try Kurehaaru's tokugin and daiginjo.
Cold sake. Quite a classic style!
I thought it should be served at room temperature or heated.
When I drank it before, I had the impression that it was a more beautiful sake, so I think it is the type of sake that changes completely depending on the temperature range.
On a side note, I was shocked to learn that the Yoshida Sake Brewery, which brews the same Ikeda sake, Midori-ichi, recently went out of business!
I once bought a special honjozo sake, but I've never had a chance to try the honjozo or josen sake sold at the Daimaru Peacock in Senri-Chuo, which is no longer there. I regret that I should have bought it. I regret that I should have bought it.
